There is no way to modify or cancel an online order and the store does not pick up the phone. Placed an online order for 7 pizzas and had to modify the pick up time, but spoke to, as of now, 6 different agents who could not modify an online order but could only patch me through to the store, which does not pick up the phone. I have never encountered any order-based businesses that does not pick up the phone.

Ordered delivery and the driver didn’t bother ringing my doorbell. Instead, they spam called my phone 3 times within 2 minutes, then decided that was enough effort to walk away with my pizza. My mom luckily caught him in time, but he proceeded to berate my mom for the unanswered phone call, which is unacceptable behaviour. We have a doorbell that was right next to the door, I don’t understand why he couldn’t ring it.
Berating and lecturing your customer is disgusting behaviour. I’d honestly order somewhere else in the future to avoid being yelled at.
