I've gone here a couple times. I order around the busiest time - usually dinner. Owen, one of the team members there, always remembers me whenever I see him. Even during my first visit, he was very welcoming and friendly to everyone. He's part of the reason why I order from here now.

I have been here multiple times over the years and so far this place hasn’t failed on me. Food is good and always ready for pick up when I am there. Food is hot. Sometimes parking can be difficult because the parking lot is small. The Pizza Hut is almost hidden in the corner beside 88 Supermarket.

Ordered six medium pizzas online at around 12pm for 6pm pickup. Received a call at 4pm from Owen to confirm whether six pizzas are correct, told him yes and also asked if it’s possible to change pickup time to 545pm instead, he said no problem. Arrived at the store at 545pm, they only had three pizzas prepared. Apparently they thought my order was only for three pizzas even when Owen called and we confirmed six pizzas. Had to wait another 15min for them to make the remaining three pizzas. No apologies nor explanation whatsoever.
This is a newer location that has taken over a spot in the corner of the mall (minimal signage). It includes a small eat in area. The deep dish pizza style crust is simply unmatched by any other chains. Free surface parking.
