I ordered xxl pizza with creamy garlic sauce which is missing as you can see in pictures, also toppings on pizza is too less and yes extra cheese making pizza more chewy. Never order from this perticular location, its really not worth to spend even single pent on their third class quality food.

This was my third disappointing experience, and unfortunately there is absolutely no customer service. I usually visit late at night around 12:30–1:00 AM, and every time the employees are on their phones speaking in their own language, which causes delays just to place an order.
On a previous visit, I placed an order and went to pick it up, but the employee acted as if the order never existed. I told her she could cancel it, assuming I could reorder and wait 15–20 minutes. Instead, she asked me to call the store when I was nearby. When I did call, I was then told that the cauliflower bites were out of stock.
This lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service has happened multiple times, which is very frustrating and disappointing.

The service is awful. The XXL pizzas at other branches are worth it, but at this branch it seems like they give you a normal size. And the XXL pizza is supposed to have 3-4 toppings, but they only gave me half and half of two toppings when I ordered 3 toppings. And the other topping was given to me in slices and I charge them separately. If you don't speak English well, save yourself the trouble of going to that branch; they don't try to understand you and get frustrated if you don't speak English well. They give you horrible looks, they hand over the order as if you had asked for it as a gift. Horrible, I'm never going back to that branch.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent decline in the quality of your services. As a loyal customer, I have noticed that the overall quality of the food has been decreasing, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, it has become increasingly difficult to communicate with the employees, as many of them hardly speak English. This communication barrier is affecting the overall experience.

Ordered twice. The first time, the driver came and said his payment terminal is not working; so after the whole inconvenience, he made me e-transfer him!
The second time I ordered from there; someone called me to tell me that there was nobody to deliver my pizza. Yet, since I paid online, I was out of the money….it’s been 8 business days and I still have not received a refund eventhough I’ve called them several times!
I tried this place with my friends.Very tasty pizzas with lots of selection.owe some customer service.Guy work here really really nice….highly recommended 🥰

Ordered a large pizza, my son wanted to use a washroom, the girl denied the access and said they had lost the key, I know she lied, restaurant has 20 people sitting capacity, unprofessional,
