I had a very poor experience at this Pizza Pizza location. Staff were not wearing hair nets, were using headphones while working, and did not appear to be following basic handwashing or hygiene practices. This shows a serious lack of work ethic and food-safety standards.

About last year they delivered a pizza with a glass Shard in one of the slices. They wanted to send someone to confirm. I got an immediate apology once the man arrived and said someone would reach back out. I never got a call from the franchise/station manager. Their I believe supervisor wanted to simply reimburse the pizza? I posted it on Twitter and their CS acknowledged to ensure someone followed up but no one reached back out to me. They just dodged.

This is a very friendly outlet. Staff is helpful, skillful and quick (even during a crowded event). They refilled our water bottles while we waited for our order.

We to go”ed 2 XXL pizzas from here yesterday. Both were not cooked properly, we could not chew it due to the dough still being uncooked! I was too far away to come back and complaint by then! I highly recommend avoiding this place Paid almost 43$ for 2 pizzas . All waste !
Also only two people working, very slow had to wait 30 minutes
Friendly young man immediately greeted me and other patrons (June 17 night /18 morning ) provided excellent, fast service and welcoming atmosphere. This is quite rare please give the man a raise !

Lady at counter was very impatient when I was deciding what slice of pizza to get she got frustrated and slammed down the cardboard tray while I was deciding. When I finally chose a slice of pizza, and we proceeds to payment, she punches in the amount in the machine and quickly with her sleight-of-hand chooses the 15 or 20% tip option very quickly and forced me to tip. It was so awkward that I didn’t know how to react and I just paid the percentage tip anyways. Wouldn’t recommend the service, the pizza was all right.

Avoid this place. Pizza frequently overcooked and burnt, toppings paid extra for totally forgotten and even olive stones baked into pizza to break your teeth.
