Spent $41 and got 3 panzerotti‘s with four pepperonis, and each a tiny bit of cheese no sauce it was all bread. Called customer service and was put on hold twice saying they couldn’t do a thing about it because it was ordered through Uber eats which is partnering with pizza pizza the worst customer service the worst food I have ever had I’ve ordered over 20 years with pizza pizza and I’ll never order again.

Good price with the size of a pizza...and mostly when we are going just to grab a pizza some cashiers expect a tip but here they let us feel comfortable with only paying the price of the food...

absolutely terrible, the gentleman in a turban and the lady that worked the monday 18th night shift never pay any attention to anyone as they always sit in the corner on their phones. Than i watched them take my small pizza out of the oven and it spent an extra 15 minutes left out getting cold on the rack, than as i finally come in 30 minutes later asking why my small pizza is taking so long act all shocked and they hand me my pizza from the rack absolutely cold. I’m super unimpressed with them both because they do this often out of what i’ve seen, i live up the road so i’ve been here a couple times but every time i go there i remember why i shouldn’t. They’re always on their phones and they should definitely have a supervisor working with them or should just have a manager tell them how to properly act when they’re at work

Not a good experience. That’s fine if cashier is taking order of first customer but they should consider others too in the line up. If first did not decide what to order they should tell them to decide and help others first. Not just wait for whole 10minutes for their order.

The customer service was TERRIBLE. The cashier person was so rude and made faces at us. I don't recommend coming here. The Pizza Pizza in Richmond (Canada BC is much better).

Tryed to place a order pizza and had to talk to different people and was not able to the people were not able to understand simple English how to gift address three times for one person and three more times for a second person we had to repeat ourselves several times, placed on hold without any warning, as well as when it came time to actually place the order we had to confirm total of four times in the end we decided to go with another company do not order here

I ordered on Door Dash from this place last night. The food never arrived, but door dash said it was left in a safe place. It was not left anywhere! I went down to the lobby of my apartment to check and it was never delivered. Worse still I never received a call or a text from the driver. Robbery. AVOID

The plant based chicken burger is delicious, I add onions and lettuce. I gave three stars as the price is high for size of the relative small patty, but overall very tasty.
