This location is our go to place for years, the food was good and prices were decent too. Unfortunately, this place has lost the taste and reputation lately, the food is not worth it and the new owner is very impolite and unbothered about customer needs. We went there last night and spend about 60 bucks including tips, the pizza was a huge disappointment and the cheesy moon bread was stale. I went to the cashier( happened to be the owner) and they didn’t even show some courtesy and respect instead he was very impolite and told me to garbage the whole pizza.The pizza was not made right. The girl who took our order seemed to be unfamiliar with the front desk and menu screen.They didn’t take any accountability on their behalf.Never going back to this place, not recommended!!!If you crave pizza, go down the road there is another pizza place.

We bought mushrooms creamy small pizza.and it was 17.89 .and probably they charged us for mushrooms but I can not find single mushroom piece on this pizza. There are no mushrooms on this pizza.

Good make your pizza online process.Great selection of pizza and sides/snacks you can see in store.Parking is near impossible. Most customers are walk-ins.

Pizza was fine- we ordered it online and when we ordered it said it will be at your house in 50 minutes or it’s free! I had no idea they had such a thing. Our pizza was 15 mins late and when my husband inquired about it being free, the pizza delivery driver basically said if they give it free he will lose the money personally ($50) and he only makes minimum wage. Which I believe. He was like begging him not to make it free. I feel like the franchise is taking advantage of the people who sign up into them- it’s impossible to hold up to these deliveries with time limits etc. seems harsh for the workers and also the customers. We paid for our pizza. We always planned to but it was super weird and felt icky how it all went down.

This vegetarian Stromboli was good. But the toppings inside were very very few. This stomboli literally had only one black olive, one tiny strand of onion, and one tiny strand of green pepper inside it. It would have tasted better if there were more toppings added.

I have been to this location twice before, ordered the same thing using the online deal for a halal pepperoni pizza. The lady working there the first time said we can just show her the deal online as there is no option to select halal pepperoni through the website.Second time when we went in, they gave the same online deal, however after receiving our order the owner sent a special message with the worker to let us know “this is the last we are offering the online price for halal pepperoni “ it will be $18 from next time for a medium 2 topping.I understand halal meat is expensive but this information should be on the website or clearly stated in their store then. For the amount of pepperoni they put $18 is not justified. Might as well go to an all halal pizza place for better quality at least instead of this franchise or this location. Owner seems a bit on the greedy side.

We have ordered from this location a handful of times and have found the quality of pizzas can be inconsistent. Usually better than not though hence why we have kept going back. However, this time when we ordered, the pizzas were so dry and bland. We paid extra for the sauces (creamy garlic sauce and honey garlic sauce) and it tasted like there was no sauce on it. It tasted worse than a frozen pizza that was being reheated. So disappointed and not sure we will be back in the future.
Good for when you are in a pinch and want a quick full sized

Came here because of the high-ish Google rating. The slice I had was very average. And I didn't get a napkin with my order. Had to ask for it. Also there are no complimentary condiments offered whatsoever.

DELIVERY - Why do you claim you offer delivery yet won't deliver to me when I am only 5 minutes away a few blocks away??? EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT to get there because there is no parking on that busy road.FOOD IS EXCELLENT. DELIVERY IS NONEXISTENT.

Just buy else where, I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was right the other was wrong due to allergies. I call to ask for a correction either another one, a store credit or refund to original payment..... they said sorry what we will do is give you 50% off on the next pizza you order lol. So I need to buy again and hope it's right. Just a joke policy, great for revenue but terrible for customers.

I would definitely love to visit here with my friends again As the employees helped me in the selection of toppings for my pizza.Also, the sitting area was very spacious and neat and clean.
