My partner and I love this place! The 2 medium pizzas deal is great š Staff is always friendly and nice, very patient waiting for us to choose the topins and welcome us always with a smile! Very kind and sweet people :) the pizza is good enough for the price and portions, we always come back because of the fast service. I was very disappointed with this location. The food quality has noticeably declinedāingredients didnāt taste fresh and the presentation was poor. Communication was also difficult because staff struggled with English, which made ordering and resolving issues frustrating. It felt like there may be a lack of proper training or experience, and overall the service did not meet the standards I expect from this brand.

Very good deals on ordering XL and 2XL pizzas almost every time I visit. The original crust is thick but you can order pizza with different crusts. They have a decent amount of cheese on the pizza, which makes it very tasty. Slices are not fresh anytime I visit.

I received a flyer for a mix and match deal with others. The lady cashier for whatever reason didn't want to give me the deal even after I show her the deal from their website. She actually try to make out the flyer was a coupon and should have brought it along. Not a returning customer.

Aug 21 ordered around 9:30pm, asked for a square cut, double checked by asking the front desk if it was square cut. I ordered a few times at this location and I get a mixed response for the square cut and I'm really fine with whatever I get. Whenever I get square cut I'd tip better and if it didn't happen it's really fine. This time the cashier said yes and I trusted her. When I hit home I realized that I've been lied to. It's very frustrating. I really didn't expect much yet I'm still let down.
I live just east of Nanaimo on East Broadway. I cannot believe your telephone operator had the nerve to continuously argue with me over whether you could deliver my order. It is not as though I live in Shaughnessy or Burnaby.

It's decent. The stromboli I've ordered a few times and have always been impressed by how generous the amount of filling is given. I recently tried the pizza though, and found it to be mediocre. Crust was crispy enough and flavour was fine, but it felt a little light on the toppings. Perfectly fine pizza, but I would recommend getting the stromboli instead.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Pizza. We ordered a pizza and specifically requested easy on the sauce, but what we received was the complete opposite ā it was so overloaded with sauce and undercooked that it was practically inedible. We ended up having to throw the whole thing in the trash.
What made it worse was the lack of any option to report the issue or request a refund through the app. Itās frustrating when thereās no way to provide direct feedback or resolve a problem. This experience has completely put me off from ordering from this location again ā or even from Pizza Pizza in general. Definitely not worth it.
