Worst coffee i have ever had. I think they changed management or something. 3 of us went took one sip and immediately left and went to a different coffee shop.
Great experience overall—warm service, a bold chai latte, and a delicious sandwich. I just wish there was more indoor seating, but it was still a wonderful place for a cozy afternoon!

came here to meet a few friends and it was lovely. service was good, it was quite busy but has quite a few nice big tables for gatherings. liked the architecture
Nice place, a bit crowded at the morning. Old fashioned and with some Harry Potter mood 🚉

The place has a great vibe, we ordered 2 iced teas and 1 cappuccino, we had a good time, the music was great, it was hard to find a place to sit, but in the end we got some place at the bar, our only issue was that the service ( provided by an asian guy) felt kind of rude and unwelcoming, to be honest I even got nervous.

This was literally the best chai I’ve ever had - flavorful and mostly not too sweet! The space is very cool but unfortunately it was very full when we were there. I will return just for the chai though!

It might be a language issue, but the Japanese male staff member working at the counter treats customers very rudely.

This coffee shop has a beautiful atmosphere and vibe. The coffee tastes okay, but the service and main attendant at the cashier could have been more helpful. We felt he had an attitude towards us and really didn't help when we asked more about food options. We opted to get the coffee and eat somewhere else.

I've been a long time customer but I think I'm done. It's disappointing because it could be such a nice cafe, but there are a number of constant issues that don't make it worth it to me any longer:
1) Coffees are often slightly different prices on different days (left to interpretation of staff I guess),
2) they still charge a premium on alternative milks in 2026 (almost 7 dollars total),
3) often when you've payed for the alternative milk (that you pay a premium for) you still get regular milk anyway,
4) last but not least, when you fill out a loyalty card your reward is you still have to pay an extra fee for an alternative milk which is insulting when you're already paying more than 6.50 per coffee leading up to this point.
The coffee here can be decent, but when there are so many other great options in the area I think you're better off spending your money elsewhere that don't have dated practices, are more affordable and more consistent in their delivery of service

I usually don’t write comments like this, only when I feel truly upset.
From the very beginning, I ordered a medium Orange Mocha, but I was given a small size instead. On top of that, the drink was too strong for me, so I politely asked the barista who took my order for some additional milk.
His reaction was deeply unpleasant. His body language and facial expression were dismissive and unwelcoming. He brought me a small cup (about 5 oz) of cold milk and essentially shoved it toward me. When I pointed out that the milk was cold, his attitude became even more hostile. With visible irritation, he reheated the milk as if my request were an inconvenience.
After this dismissive and extremely unpleasant behavior, I no longer felt comfortable and told him that I didn’t want the milk anymore.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and genuinely disappointed.

Our source of Stumptown coffee beans and the world’s driest cappuccino. Every bag of beans nets you a free, small americano.
