Cakes were too sweet :(

When I want to give a gift that my clients will love I go straight to Faubourg and order the 12 macarons arrangement. Always a crowd pleaser.

I went here to just try some new pastry and baked goods. I am not a fan of these types of desserts, especially those that involve chocolate. To my surprise, they tasted delicious. My dad ended up buying a canellé and something that seemed to be a chewy nut bar. Both really good. We also ordered a cream of mushroom soup and a French onion soup, both good even after reheating.

I did not have high expectations, came back really satisfied. Will definitely come back here if given the chance.

Staff when I visited were very amiable and seemed to love their job.

Loved the smell of fresh baked goods and although I just had an americano I was pleasantly surprised how good it tasted. I’m not sure I’d come back for lunch but definitely for a sweet treat!

Nice and quiet place for a quick bite. All okay except it’s taking a bit longer than expected for the coffee served.

It was close to noon and it was busy. The staff are definitely communicating intensely about their orders. The decor is lovely inside and there's definitely alot of space. It was my turn to order. I decided on getting a eclair. They packaged it nicely and I was on my way. Prices are on the high side, that eclair I got was priced reasonably. So how did it taste? It was good! I've had their macarons before and they are good too!

This placed used to be incredible a few years ago, I’m not sure what happened. New owners? The previous overseers would never allow broken bathroom fixtures, terrible bready croissants and dried out macaroons. What a disappointment! It used to be super elegant with outstanding food.

Awful, ordered a spinach and feta pastry. It was not heated throughout and had to send back to reheat. Tasted awful. Upset stomach all day. No one told us our coffees were ready and we had a number on our table so when we collected them they were tepid. Wasn’t even busy so the service was subpar.

We went here for a quick bite in the morning with a client. We sat at a table in the back and were very happy that there were outlets along the walls because we brought our laptops to work! The atmosphere was great, a little louder than we expected but it's because everyone's probably having a wonderful time catching up with each other. We ordered some dishes to share the quiche was delicious! It was $14 plus which is a little bit more than expected but it was great. I also got my favorite drink, matcha latte, and they delivered! Konstantin normally gets just a basic drip coffee and it had great flavour and body.

To the barista Erica: If you're finding it this difficult to manage basic customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor, perhaps a career break or a role with less... human interaction... would be a better fit for everyone's sake.
Terrible experience. I ordered two Spanish Lattes and explicitly asked for half ice and half sugar because I never drink hot coffee.
However, the barista, Erica, made one hot.
When I told her I ordered it iced, she blamed me for not telling her, although she offered to remake it. Her attitude was very poor. While making the second drink, she was making loud noises and slamming the milk cartons forcefully, as if to express anger at my supposed mistake. Also, is the price for a cold Spanish Latte really the same as a 16oz (hot) one? Because the cold drink is significantly smaller.

I come quite frequently the past few weeks. The store is short staffed as always with 2 staff, but theres an Asian girl very tall, I forgot her name, who is very patient and friendly to me and other customers. When it got busy, I saw her even took her time to bring the drink to senior customers. I was amazed by the customer service she provided nevertheless with the hectic situation at work. They did the very good training. Will definitely keep coming here.

I haven't been here for a while but it seems the quality has gone downhill. I had a croissant and it was comparable to something you buy at Costco. It wasn't flaky and it was dense. My wife had the French onion soup and the onions were not warm. The bowl had two large chips.
