We went here for a quick bite in the morning with a client. We sat at a table in the back and were very happy that there were outlets along the walls because we brought our laptops to work! The atmosphere was great, a little louder than we expected but it's because everyone's probably having a wonderful time catching up with each other. We ordered some dishes to share the quiche was delicious! It was $14 plus which is a little bit more than expected but it was great. I also got my favorite drink, matcha latte, and they delivered! Konstantin normally gets just a basic drip coffee and it had great flavour and body.
To the barista Erica: If you're finding it this difficult to manage basic customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor, perhaps a career break or a role with less... human interaction... would be a better fit for everyone's sake.
Terrible experience. I ordered two Spanish Lattes and explicitly asked for half ice and half sugar because I never drink hot coffee.
However, the barista, Erica, made one hot.
When I told her I ordered it iced, she blamed me for not telling her, although she offered to remake it. Her attitude was very poor. While making the second drink, she was making loud noises and slamming the milk cartons forcefully, as if to express anger at my supposed mistake. Also, is the price for a cold Spanish Latte really the same as a 16oz (hot) one? Because the cold drink is significantly smaller.
I come quite frequently the past few weeks. The store is short staffed as always with 2 staff, but theres an Asian girl very tall, I forgot her name, who is very patient and friendly to me and other customers. When it got busy, I saw her even took her time to bring the drink to senior customers. I was amazed by the customer service she provided nevertheless with the hectic situation at work. They did the very good training. Will definitely keep coming here.
I haven't been here for a while but it seems the quality has gone downhill. I had a croissant and it was comparable to something you buy at Costco. It wasn't flaky and it was dense. My wife had the French onion soup and the onions were not warm. The bowl had two large chips.
Their version of the tiramisu cake is disappointing! You are left with a dry stale cake, which is suppose to soak up the cream and/or liquor. But there's not enough of the good stuff to soak into the cake, so your last bite is the dry stale cake. Don't waste your money. My laziness with choosing them because of their location was a let down for a birthday. ( I reached out with phone calls after the owner said he'd replace it and then with an email suggested by staff, but no reply.)
Was fine for breakfast but wish there was something green or tomato in the breakfast sandwich or that the option would be offered and the croissant could have been more fresh or crispy. Lavender Berry black tea smoothie was underwhelming too with mostly only berry flavor and a little bit of a freezer burn ice taste
Atmosphere is great!

It’s my first time visiting this café, and the overall experience was great! As soon as I walked in, the server was very friendly. Even though we hadn’t decided what to order yet, she was really patient. And then, I ordered two lattes and an almond croissant. Everything tasted good! I’ll definitely come back again。

Come quite frequently for the past few months, I can’t say enough about how incredible the staff is. Even when they’re clearly short-staffed, they stay upbeat, efficient, and always greet you with genuine kindness. It’s impressive how well they handle the rush, but they definitely need more staff to keep things running even smoother. My chocolate mocha was absolutely perfect rich and flavourful. The croissant cookie (croocie), though, was a bit disappointing this time—hard and not as fresh as it usually is. When it’s soft and fresh, it’s unbeatable! Despite that, I keep coming back for the amazing coffee and the wonderful people.
