Absolute gem of a place, I can't wait to eat my way through their menu in many future visits! We got take out this time, but it was so delicious, the staff were so sweet and attentive, and the restaurant looks so nice (even nice ambient music at a level that let's you enjoy it and also have a conversation) that I'm excited to dine in soon. 10/10, will become a staple in our house.

Veggie drumsticks are nicely flavoured. But service and price are apparently not comparable to competitor across the way.

Delocious food and outstanding service. We always have a wonderful time in this comfortable restaurant. It reminds me of a veg friendly version of my favourite childhood restaurant. My family visits from Victoria and loves it every time. They are so sweet to my kids too and very welcoming. I love any of the tofu dishes, they know how to make tofu so flavourful and exciting.

We have eaten here since it opened on Kingsway and when it was located on Main Street. Best hot and sour soup ever. Ask for no sugar (that was the original recipe before they moved to Kingsway and added sugar), and you will be entirely satisfied about this authentic hot and sour soup. The food has subtle infused flavours like ginger, the sauces are flavourful, the vegetables and mushrooms are always cooked perfectly. Excellent bean curd skins in black bean sauce. Slightly crispy and not overwhelmed in sauce. Very nice atmosphere. Excellent friendly service.
Great tasty and good Vegetarian spot . Excellent friendly stuff ! I will visit again and again and again !
I had the pepper steak (good), green beans (good) and the starter with bean curd (excellent) and seitan (very tasty). The service was great and we received free tea. Overall a good experience, I was just missing spice and flavour depth in a few dishes.
Lovely people, amazing food.
We have been coming back for 20 years, top quality food and service every time!

This place is nuts.
Don’t let the vegetarian label fool you, it is incredibly good.
This place basis their culinary beliefs on buddhism.
Everything was great, just come give them a try.
Love coming here for dim sum. Most things are vegan and staff is knowledgeable about which items are vegan. This time we tried a few main dishes as well. Everything was excellent. My favourites are turnip cake and barbecue bao and the peanut dumplings. The Shanghai style fried thick rice noodles were outstanding too. Great service as well. They brought us complimentary vegan cookies for dessert. Updated from previous review on 2025-03-03
Went in with the sole purpose of having dim sum as I do not have vegan dim sum in my area. Ordered a bunch of dishes. I really enjoyed the siu mai, banana leaf sticky rice, and bbq bun. Definitely better to come here with a group of people so that you can share different dishes.
Amazing food. Great prices.
