I had a disappointing experience at Pokerrito. Despite being a regular customer who orders takeout weekly, I was shocked by the rudeness of the employees tonight when I requested a side of crab meat for my six-year-old, who loves it. Despite being willing to pay more than the listed price, they adamantly refused. It's frustrating when a simple request is met with hostility. We drove there specifically for the crab meat and how to try to explain to him that they wouldn’t give us any when he could see it through the glass. We have tried other poke places and he can tell the difference. I won't be returning anytime soon.

This was the only meal I had yesterday...why am I so suffering from stomachache today..? My only doubt was their lettuce yesterday..they didn't look so fresh so I asked to get rid of lettuce from topping. So I thought it wouldn't be a problem today but now I'm doubting other ingredients too since I'm suffering from food poisoning so bad right now.

I've been to many Pokerrito locations, but this one was the worst. The portion size was smaller compared to other locations. I wanted to order lettuce for a choice of topping, but it looked wilted, so I had to choose a different option. Finally, the attitude of the staff made me uncomfortable. They were very unfriendly, didn't want to engage with customers, showed no interest in knowing what the customer wanted, and it was intimidating to approach them. While I had a very satisfying experience at other locations, visiting this one made me realize that not all locations are the same."

Food was delicious and tasted fresh. I have only been once but would absolutely go again. I especially loved the spicy wakame salad which is quite unique. Good portion for the price and bowls are cardboard and compostable which is nice.

I have a new go-to place.....awesome! needed one.I really dug this place.....why?When I walked in it was sparkling clean, airy, bright and perfectly located downtown close to everything. Their menu is so creative and their ingredients are so fresh, and the options they give you...well...leave you excited to order. The service was friendly, attentive and professional...appreciating your business.I love Poke. I love Sushi. I love Salad Bars. I also love Burritos....I know...kinda off base with the Burrito. What these guys did was take Poke and Burritos and make little Pokkeritos .....Genius.Excited to go back and try their other dishes.....(Yes, I get excited about food.) :|
