I've been a big fan of Pokerrito. I order EVERY week as showing at my ubereats history. I've had more than 50times for the last 3years from the Metrotown&Dunsmir store.
I recently noticed Dunsmir store pours too much sauce in the bowl and pokerrito. All the green vege and rice are wet in the bowl, and pokerrito seaweed is also wet, hard to wrap.
So today I only chose 1 sauce, umami, and still lots of sauce. Which ruins the fresh vege and appitite to finish the food. You can see all the rice is overly wet like risotto even tho it’s bottom of the bowl.
I wish you guys take my feedback seriously and please adjust the amount of sauce back to normal🩵

A lot of options in this neighbourhood but we fin ourselves here again and again. Get the Hawaiian classic pokerrito on a Tuesday for 10.95! Can’t beat it. Yum.

Tasty light lunch idea out of the ordinary.
Just skip the burrito version and get a bowl. It saves so much frustration. They dont know how to wrap them properly and as soon as you start to unravel the paper it all falls apart. Dont think this is a portable item. It isn't. It will be a fork situation.

My friend took me here as she is a regular with her partner and our experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly I wanted to torch my bowl but she refused and said I needed to tell her at the VERY beginning. I understand if there are policies for something like this but it feels very inflexible for something not even serious. I asked her why not and then she said she COULD but it wouldn’t turn out as well. I didn’t bother arguing it. My friends protein was being scooped and some of it fell onto the preparation counter, and instead of her throwing away the salmon she scooped it back up onto the bowl with her fingers. It felt unsanitary and unnecessary to save something that already fell out of the bowl. Also they put brown rice instead of white but my friends partner was too nice to say anything about it. Such a disappointing experience.

Good food overall. The staff are difficult to deal with when picking your choices. The portion is good, food is fresh. Price is what you expect to pay for, for above average quality food.

I have been going for years and love the food. But how the new manager deal with things are very disappointing! I ordered from Ubereats, but wrongly clicked deliver while I’m picking up. I asked them to pretend it is delivered. I met my delivered person there and he agreed and clicked yes.
However the manager said my order is gone. And refused to give me any food. Ask me to contact ubereats. I was sitting there half an hour, no food, nothing was done.
Such such bad way to serve people. I don’t know what’s wrong with the underside . But what she did as a manager is not acceptable in the client service role.
this place is goated with the sauce bro. they have a promo where if u do a google review you’ll get a bubly but i love this place so much i don’t even need it. one of the best pokeplaces in van imo ^_^

Jin made my pokerito. I've been coming to this location since 2021. I love having as many toppings overstuffed as possible, and yet she was so careful to make sure the roll is fully closed and doesn't break when i open it. She also offers sauce suggestions based on your taste. Thanks Jin!
