The fish and chips are good for what it is, nothing special. The batter was light and crispy, but on the oily side. 1 meal fed two of us.

Amazing gluten free fish and chips! Best in Vancouver and only $26 for 2 pieces enough for 2 to share for a light meal

I LOVED NUTZO!! And the cream puff was delicious.
Tho my friends weren’t really happy with Violet B and Malteser. They believe the ice-cream texture needs some improvements.
It’s a really cool experience. And the place is super nice and coze. AGAIN: beware of the seagulls🤣

UPDATE: visited 2 years later & was completely disappointed, definitely not the same food or quality. The lobster roll had way too much veg, it was so wet, not enough lobster, the fries were mediocre & NO BUBBLES now. Maybe it was an off day or maybe an ownership change but there are way too many places to eat in the area to go again.
I found this on a quick search on our way into Vancouver because our timing for dim sum didn't work out & I'm so happy we found this delightful jewel box of deliciousness in a lovely setting. The lobster roll was wonderful and as an east coaster it surpassed my expectations, which isn't easy to do. And, hands down, the coating on the spicy fried chicken sandwich was the best I've ever had. It was really spicy but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the puff cream & the puff was OK but the ice cream was tasty. They also had some beer & bubbles. Will stop again on our next trip for sure!

I Stopped at the take out window. I was craving good Vancouver fish and chips! I ordered, then I was told they would serve me at a covered but open air dining area. I had a dog with me and they said it was no problem.
So many fries I couldn't eat them all. The fish was light, flaky and not dry. The bater was crunchy, not greasy. The coleslaw was excellent. The table service was excellent. I felt very welcomed and looked after. The can of gingerael was REAL GINGERALE, made and Bottled in Victoria BC. Every thi g was produced, caught and prepared in Canada!
A nice place to stop if you are on your own and want a nice meal or snack. Nothing fancy just good food and good service and an amazing view! I wish it was open a little later!

Their soft serve ice cream is very nice. However, I believe that calling it anything close to a cream puff is slightly misleading. Overall, not bad. But it did not meet my expectation because I thought the crunchy top and bottom was going to be an actual puff pastry texture, which it was not. It was hard and crunchy.

Good location. Lovely staff. Food missed the mark completely.
I ordered the $42 1.5 lb lobster roll and it had about 2 tablespoons of lobster in it and some vegetable slaw stuff. Even the vegetable mixture added with the lobster I would say is not 1.5lbs. I bet something out of a grocery store deli would have hit better and I mean that wholeheartedly. It was the single worst food experience I have had this year. Flavour was not good, portion was extremely small/ not as advertised.

I CANNOT STOP THINKING ABOUT THE BEE'S KNEES PUFF CREAM! This might be one of the best desserts I've had in a loooong time. Do yourself a favor and stop by to try one of their puff creams. The Bee's Knees is a wonderful combination of a Chicago Mix of popcorn and a honey drizzle all topped off with a cream puff! Simply delicious.

Really mediocre stuff. Worse than the pictures looked.
Edit: had the double cheeseburger, crispy free run sandwich. Burgers were messy and the beef patties were falling apart. Flavours were good but it was too greasy and the eating experience was poor due to it falling apart. The chicken sandwich fillet was enormous, very very pale in colour and had a thick batter like a battered fish and chip shop. No one finished their food and we were sorry to have used up our trip to the market on this food. I blame my high expectations and as previously mentioned the photos on google maps were much more appealing in appearance. I just wish I saw other reviews before ordering. Many people would find this good enough. I would much prefer Popeyes or McDonalds.
Service was confusing as we were told to wait for our number to be called out even though we were meant to go to a different section to pickup the food.
The computer ordering system did not have the ingredients listed or photos for many dishes so couldn’t really utilise that.
The view from our seats was nice

We went just for the ice cream, and were not disappointed! They had a fun variety of toppings/additives that they put into their house made vanilla soft serve. The soft serve itself is really creamy and not overly sweet, so it lends itself well to all the toppings. The workers and signage around warns of seagulls who are also fond of the ice cream, so we were lucky and aware enough to avoid an attack 😂
