It was just ok. Everyone was friendly-ish. I’m thinking just tired. Hot chocolate was fine and standard croissant was tasty. Maybe a tad on the higher price side. Atmosphere, at least when I came in at 9am, there was none. It was just very very quiet. Overall did it stand out. No. Which was unfortunate as it was recommended by another cafe which didn’t have any pastries at the time

Exactly what I was looking for. This was my favorite coffee shop in Vancouver. My boy had the espresso and I had an Americano with a hint of caramel and a chocolate croissant. The coffee was delicious and the croissant was the best I’ve had! The chocolate on the inside was perfectly creamy, not a chunk. The bread was buttery and flaky and soft. Mouthwatering. And vibe of the Prado Cafe is cool and kind of boho. Staff are very kind and helpful:) If I lived here I would visit...

Visiting from Ontario and stopped for a coffee which was delicious and rich (Americano). Also tried the grilled cheese and the cheddar and chive scone that were to die for. Great spot as an alternative to the usual big chains.
