Terrible food on my last two visits. I used to be a frequent customer but lately my take away meals have been terrible. I had to throw out my last order on March 28@ 3:30 of Teen Burger/ Onion Rings and a Buddy Burger/ Onion rings as they tasted strange and were too greasy to eat. The bag was saturated with grease and the burgers were not fresh. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I know prêt a manger from London and Paris. What a disappointment to see the Brand associated with fast food chain. The food is Ok-good, but the decor and the experience are just wrong. I do not expect a local fast food atmosphere with my baguette (or so called baguette) sandwich !

Stopped in for a Papa Burger (with cheese) and fries this afternoon. Service was friendly and fast. The location was clean and quiet even with several customers. This was the BEST burger and BEST fries I've enjoyed in years. Superior to other fast food. I'll be going back! Delicious!!!

Food is so much better now. I like the Teen burger! The root beer at this location is served in an icy chilled mug which makes the root beer tastes even better. Some locations do not chill the root beer mug. French fries now are also a much better improvement than the ones served in the past. It's so nice to know that there are no growth hormones or steroids in the meat. Go A&W! :)

Best break fast for ever

No cheese on my papa with cheese. No bacon on the teen burger. But 4 packs of ketchup with the fries. Not the best takeout order. Usually perfect.

The from facing order taker is absolutely horrible at customer service. He has no people skills and very robotic and bitchy!
