I am extremely upset about what happened during my visit. When it was time to receive my change, the waitress kept about $26 of my money (around 15% of the bill) without asking, and only handed me $7 back. That is not how tipping works.
The server should return all of the change and allow the customer to decide how much to tip. Taking money without consent is completely unacceptable and dishonest. This left a terrible impression and ruined the entire dining experience. I will seriously reconsider returning to a place that allows this kind of behavior.

Great Chinese seafood restaurant in East side of Vancouver. Quality is consistently good. Parking is available in front of restaurant. Ease to wheel in for the seniors.
Make sure you call to make reservations, it fills up early with long lineup which is the best indicator of good food around the world either Chinese or Western food.
You definitely will enjoy the food, guaranteed but you will be much poorer when you walk out
