Next to Tom’s Video. In fact, this restaurant took over big section of Tom’s when they downsized. The food is excellent here. Had the king crab special since it is in season now (spring time). Service was very good. Staff regularly came around to change out your plate for a clean one. Reservations recommended. It was very busy and vibe was lively.

This is a go-to spot for Chinese food, they’re especially busy in the morning for dim sum. They do take reservations, but if you’re not in the first seating, be prepared to wait anyway. Takeout also takes a long time, they say 30 minutes but it’s closer to an hour+ and because the front of the restaurant is so busy and packed with people, you have to keep checking.

Prince Seafood is easily one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Lower Mainland, consistently delivering high-quality food. The flavors are always on point, and the service and pricing are in line with other Chinese restaurants. My go-to dish is the sticky rice with lobster—it never disappoints.

This time, I also tried the durian dessert for the first time and was impressed that they use real durian inside. As for the noise level, some people may find it...
