PRINKLE SUSHI & CHICKEN

I ordered chicken wings from Prinkle Chicken (this location) through online delivery, and the food was completely unacceptable. The wings were black inside and clearly not fresh. Definitely unsafe to eat. I requested a refund because I’m not going to risk my health over bad food.
The store called me afterward, insisting they “never got a complaint,” even after I sent pictures showing how bad the wings were. Their response was dismissive and unprofessional.
I’ve had great experiences with other Prinkle locations, but this one was terrible. I will never order from this location again.

Ordered from Uber. After restaurant received the order, found out the delivery time was over an hour, canceled the order within 10 mins of order. Uber charged me full amount $177.81 and asked me to contact the restaurant to pick up the food. Called the restaurant and the worker (sounded like the owner) complained Uber cut the price from restaurant and said they had made all my food within 10 mins and did not get the cancellation until an hour after. And the restaurant throw the whole order away.

I really wanted to love Prinkle Chicken; the flavors are solid and the chicken itself is crispy, well-seasoned, and definitely hits the spot when you're craving Korean fried chicken. The Prinkle seasoning is unique, and the sauces are tasty without being overpowering.

That said, I’m constantly let down by one thing: they never seem to have bone-in chicken wings available. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when that’s the cut many of us specifically go for when ordering Korean fried chicken. I’ve checked multiple times, and it’s always the same story: unavailable.

It makes the place feel unreliable, and I end up settling for something else or going elsewhere. Great food when it’s actually available the way you want it, but the lack of consistency brings down the whole experience.

Chicko Chicken's got a new look (and name!): Prinkle Fried Chicken. Tried their 4-flavor chicken and seaweed rolls – still crispy, still craveable. Good service and seating too!
