$500 DEPOSIT Went there for their $25 karaoke night. The front desk girlie told us that it was in fact $70 because we were a long week-end (Monday was not a holiday). She required us to make a deposit of $500. FIVE-HUNDRED deposit for a karaoke bar? When asked to explain why she couldn’t. Would not recommend. We went to Switch karaoke in downtown instead that was absolutely perfect.

Lots of karaoke rooms! Drink options are limited. There’s an arcade as well for those who don’t want to sing. Outdoor balcony patio with decent views. You can ring a bell for service but the server will take their time to arrive (might be short staffed).

We were 4 people and booked the smallest room available (for 10) and an automatic 18% gratuity was added onto the total room rental... Our mics kept dying too. It was fun overall, but was not worth $250 for 2 hours.

We booked a karaoke room and found out at check out that the mandatory 18% gratuity is also charged on the cost of the room, so when they say $100 / hour, they mean $118 / hour.
Otherwise, the experience was just okay. Two of our mics died during our reservation. Rooms are fine and music selection was good. Just wish they were more honest about the pricing.

Don't bother. The staff are aloof, and they Nickel and dime you. When you arrive you're greeted by staff who take a photo of your id and then search you. After that you might notice a VCH closure notice posted on the wall for unsanitary kitchen conditions. I stayed because it was a friend's birthday and stick to bottled beer.
SCAM ALERT - If you have a different person paying for the final bill, make sure that the $100 deposit has been deducted off the final total. I am now out an additional $100 because this was missed as I was in the bathroom when the bill was being paid. Also, there was realistically no service provided. The service button in our room was broken. When we mentioned this to our server, she promised to come check in on us every 15 minutes which was a lie. We mostly had to waste time purchasing our drinks at the bar or by waving down our server which only took one order of drinks as we couldn't get ahold of her all night. Would've given -10 for service if possible.

The music selection was quite varied and very easy to navigate. You can skip songs if you like and there's also an option to change the pitch if the song key is too high or too low.
The microphones were quite decent with good sounds. Just one thing that didn't work was the different light settings.
You can order drinks without leaving the room and the service was quick.
The outside area has various games but we didn't use any of them. Also, didn't not try any of their food as we just came from a restaurant.
