Discovered Puerto Mexico last week and I’ve already been twice! Their bean tacos are soooooo good and cheap! I got 4 tacos for $16 I think. Best authentic tacos in Vancouver hands down. I’ve been telling everyone about this place because it’s just so good. The staff are so so friendly as well! Highly recommend

This place is about as authentic as you can get in Vancouver. It's basically a Latino corner shop that has a small kitchen set up in the back and serves up tacos on paper plates that you can eat on some stools by the window. It's not fancy, and it doesn't try to be, but it is absolutely delicious.
I've had the carnitas, chorizo, and and suadero tacos and they are unreal. So juicy, fresh, and delicious. They feel almost like the tacos that you'd get from a little taco cart in Mexico. The price is also great. Best deal for tacos in the city by far.
If you love tacos but hate the overpriced, mediocre tacos that so many restaurants in Vancouver offer, you are going to absolutely love the tacos at Puerto Mexico!
