Purebread Bakery + Coffee

I’ve been into this Purebread a couple of times now, and trying to get staff to acknowledge your existence is very difficult. They’re slow and ponderous. The cakes/pastries are good, but take an awfully long time to arrive.

some of the nicest workers i've come across in vancouver lately and it's more bakery than cafe but both hold up pretty well; the ice latte surprised me, dense and not that sad watered-down stuff most spots hand you. the outrageous brownie was more sea-salt brownie though: salty but hefty and very fudgy that's worth the extra buck.

Outstanding in every respect. I came here with my wife and daughter for breakfast. There is an amazing selection of baked goods to choose from. The staff were kind and patient with my 9 year old who was understandably overwhelmed by the choices. Each item we chose was delicious. The coffee was great too. We'll definitely be back on our next Vancouver visit.

Took more than 10 minutes to get a flat white to-go. When it came, it was far too hot and looked a mess. This shows incompetence in using the steamer. Should be a better coffee and better service for the price.

A lovely bakery with plenty of seating and room to move about. Enjoyed their decor. It’s very welcoming.Their baked goods on our visit were fresh and edible. Coffee was just perfect.Customer service was pleasant and authentic and our requests were all met. Definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit

I visited Purebread Bakery for coffee, and it was such a great experience! They had an incredible variety of sweets with different flavors to choose from. The coffee was perfectly balanced, and we ordered a chocolate cupcake and a lemon cupcake. Both were fresh and absolutely delicious.

If you're looking for a cozy spot to enjoy coffee and you’re a cake lover, Purebread Bakery is an excellent choice

The food here is consistently delicious, making it a favorite of ours. However, this location can feel a bit cramped, especially during busy hours when seating is limited. The limited street parking can also be challenging, which occasionally leads us to visit other locations instead.

Bought a coconut lemon cupcake here for about $8.50 (including tax). It was dry and stale. Took it back to the counter and asked when it was baked and she said “about two days ago.” So the cupcake was on day three. When I said it was inedible she said “fair.” She gave me a refund. My question is: if it’s more than a day old why are you charging $8 for it? Really disappointing.
