One of the worst customer service. The girl acted like I owe her something. She was very rude and I placed my order thru uber eats. I will make sure to spread the word about this specific incident. Customer service should be a top priority

Stay away.
Ordered a burrito and their 3-taco set combo ( no pop ), ordered a drink / and a side of salsa.
40$ later.
Lousy lousy food. Terrible.
They put a tbsp of meat into each of the 3 tacos.

If they could charge you for the napkin and the receipt, they would.
My 8 year old would done a better job making tacos.

Absolutely terrible experience. The lady that works night shifts there needs to be re-trained or replaced. My friends and I walked in at 1:30am (the store closes at 2:00am). It was our first time and as soon as we walked in, in a very rude tone as if she regretted us showing up yelled “what do you want”. We advised her it was our first time and needed some time, after allowing us 10 seconds at most most she says “can you please hurry up, I need to go”. My friends and I were shocked by such rude and unprofessional behaviour. We ask management to have a conversation with her or re-train her on some ethics. You having to go with another 30 mins left in the store to close should not be our fault.

What is going on with this Quesada? I always order pick up from this place and today I got the smallest portion I have ever gotten 😔
The favor was as always, but for the price it's just not worth it anymore. For reference I got the birria bowl with half rice and half lettuce, it barely had lettuce 😐
Also, I think the quesadilla was supposed to come with its own birria sauce for dipping, but I only got the 2 extra birria sauces I paid for 😵💫
I think the person on the counter was the owner, because he didn't had a uniform. He didn't even said Hi 🤐

Worst service and please chnage your staff , worst quality and do you guys have a problem to put sauces on ubereats or any takeout orders everytime? We are not paying for low quality food.

I honestly regret ordering from this place. The food looked nothing like what was advertised. What I received was a soggy, messy wrap with barely any filling, dry and bland meat, and random pieces of corn and lettuce thrown in. The tortilla was falling apart before I could even take a bite. Everything was dripping with grease and liquid, making it completely unappetizing.
The presentation was awful, it looked like it was just thrown together without any care. For the price, I expected something decent, but this was disappointing and definitely not worth it. I couldn’t even finish my meal.
Save your money and go somewhere else this was one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve had.
I ordered first time at this location, the burrito was cold and tastless. Imagine ordering Mexican food and have no taste. It was like all the ingredients but they forgot to any any spices or seasonings. Very disappointed.
The chips and salsa I ordered, I didn't get salsa with that. Waste of money and time.

I normally don’t make Google reviews, but I’m very dissatisfied about my order. I don’t know how the service in person is since I ordered on uber eats. But the food quality is sadly a 1 star. I ordered a burrito bowl and the bowl was practically all salad, when I asked half rice and half lettuce. Missing all 3 sauces. Portioning sizes was sadly very cheap. Barely any of the ingredients. I almost feel like they made this bowl look “full” by just adding lettuce at the bottom and sprinkling more at the top. Extremely disappointing for a very dry and 29$ order… wont be ordering from here again.

Sorry but this place is not worth your money quality of ingredients was low . I got a burrito and had to ask for more refried beans she literally just gave a mere dollop of bean and as she went down the line she continued to be super skimpy on the ingredients . What ever happened to customer service . Sad burrito compared to any others I have had by this franchise

This is for the girl usually working night shifts. I’ve known two guys who used to work here, and I was a pretty frequent customer since I lived nearby. Recently, it seems new staff has been hired, and honestly, the experience hasn’t been the same. If you’re working in a customer-facing industry, there’s a certain level of professionalism and courtesy that should come with the job. You can’t just show up with an attitude, give off a rude expression, and question every single thing a customer wants in their order.
Good service isn’t just about taking the order—it’s about how you make the customer feel while doing it.
