Horrendous customer service by the owner. I ordered through quiznos website and received confirmation that my order will be ready. When I showed up the lady told me that she never received the order and that there is nothing she could do for me. I showed her the emailed receipt, the website completion page as well as my credit card showing a pending charge for the two sandwiches. Her response was she doesnt want to be out $30 and for me to call quiznos directly even though she is a franchise owner. After about 20 minutes of yelling back and forth she decided to call someone who told her to make me the sandwiches. Horrendous customer service.

Hi ...many days ago I saw one phillipian lady abusing indian girl. She is may be her employee as she was was wearing quiznos uniform. The little girl was literally crying. I can suggest that her to quit that job, I visit that store many times and I always saw that lady abusing their employees. I will recommend everyone not to came there, what will she feel if someone abust their child? She is not my child but she is like my child. One thing I want to tell you misses, this is Canada, in canada no one can abuse you and beat you. You can complain also. If you need help I will help you to teach a lesson to that Lady. I worked in transit. If you are reading this review reply me I will give you the way. Bye

Now I have to say The Filipino lady that works there. She's so rude I feel like she doesn't want to work there because I seen her being rude to other customers

Stay away from this Quiznos branch. I came here a few weeks ago for dinner and their sandwich gave me food poisoning. I ordered the beef dip and the meat has a slight metallic taste to it. I thought its just me but in the early morning after, I felt nauseous and I started throwing up. Mind you, their sandwich is the last meal I had before the symptoms kicked in. That persisted for a few days. So yeah, this completely turned me off from Quiznos. Just thinking about it makes me want to barf again
