Ragazzi is so underrated. It is easily one of the best pies in the city. The dough is great and they use high quality toppings.

What happened, guys? I used to regularly come here and grab a few slices to go. It was a brightly lit establishment with friendly employees, politely trying to upsell you on an extra slice of pizza or a pop or a combo, the pizza was always without fail.. hot and fresh, and I felt welcome.
The last week I've been working in the area again and I thought oh great let's go to Ragazzi for the classic two slices to go please.
I pulled up and I barely recognized the place. The lights were dim and the employees seemed very depressed.
They had multiple opportunities to get easy extra sales, for example, there was a hot pizza coming out and instead of saying hey man we got a fresh one coming out you want to get an extra slice for five bucks more? Silence. Would you like a pop with that? Silence. Would you like a copy of our menu so you can have our pizza whenever you like? Silence.
They barely even spoke or looked at me. I felt like an intruder instead of a customer..
So there's definitely massive opportunities for increased profits that are being lost during every customer interaction due to the employees simply being dead inside.
The slices that I did decide to get, both individual times that I have visited this week, have been given to me cold. The first time around, okay they're having a bad day, no worries I'll be back.
But to have it come refrigerator cold again on the second visit, after specifically requesting that it be heated?
Either they legit don't care or the employee training manual needs to be updated so that the by-the-slice pizza is actually warm when you serve it to the customer.
I was shocked by these changes, and I truly hope it isn't permanent. You guys have previously demonstrated the ability to run a great pizza place, and serve consistently good food with flying colours.
But something has happened, and you've lost your way.

Ragazzi is a solid Neapolitan style pizza. I was looking at the reviews and there’s a bunch of weirdos on there giving it one star . I know manga cake when I see it and Ragazzi isn’t it.

Ragazzi makes the best pizza in the neighbourhood, hands down, and reminiscent of the pizza I ate growing up in New Jersey, with its fantastic crust, sauce, and toppings. We’ve been ordering from Ragazzi for years, and we will continue to do so. Cappricosa with arugula and plain cheese are our family favourites.

A pizza shouldn't take this long to be prepared. I was wondering if I was the only one complaining about this, but I've seen so many complaints about delays over the past week, and it seems like the business is justifying itself and blaming the customers. I think this was my last order.
Amazing pizza! Nice thin crust and toppings are nicely balanced, not too little and not over the top so that the crust is soggy. Great flavours with some inters topping combos. We got the Rustica and Prosciutto and Funghi.

I had a really disappointing experience at Ragazzi Pizza Co. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t seem to care about customer service at all, and their attitude completely ruined the visit. I expected a friendly and welcoming environment, but instead got disrespectful behavior. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Even during off-peak times, making a pizza shouldn't take 45 minutes. I can make a meal for a family of four in 45 minutes.
