I always try to give this place a chance as it is on my way to work but I’m left disappointed every time. This time in particular, I counted 8 people behind the till, only one person preparing food. It seems they prioritize their DoorDash orders rather than customers that are actually in store. I waited 15 mins for my pastry that I asked to be “half warmed up” when I received it it was fully warmed but rock solid. I assume it was a couple days old… which is unappetizing because it was an egg and cheese bun. It was really difficult to even attempt to bite into.

Amazing breakfast sandwiches! Gluten free English muffins and hashbrowns🥰

The food is usually tasty but the portion size is getting smaller and smaller for the price you pay. Pretty expensive place for a lunch.

Lovely little cafe with delicious breakfast sandwiches and excellent service! Seating wasn't super comfortable so I'm not sure I'd hang out there to work, but that was probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had.

I am staunchly against the amount of mustard in the Italian. More peppers. Use a proper Italian dressing.

I arrived at Railtown on a quiet Tues morning, after the morning work rush, and ordered the breakfast sandwich, and asked for no green onions, no alfalfa sprouts, and no mayonnaise. The cashier repeated my order to me. 15 mins later my breakfast sandwich was given to me with everything I had specifically asked to be omitted. Mistakes happen, but come on.

Heard good things about Railtown so I tried it for my lunch break. Got the house made iced tea and their pulled pork sandwich on special. The iced tea had no sweetness and tasted like old tea that was shoved in the back of a fridge for days. The pulled pork was sweet and nothing else, no bbq flavour and it wasn't spicy despite it having pickled jalapeños. Really disappointed.

kinda disappointed with the service this morning. Order a simple 12oz latte. i thought it would just take 3min. but it took 15min. Girl at the cashier forgot to make my coffee. When the "manager" i assume passed by, i told him that im still waiting for the coffee that i ordered. Then i saw him make the coffee and brought it to me.

It wasnt that busy too. there were 3 people already eating/drinking and its just 10am in the morning. i assume the customer rush is over. but yeah. please dont forget the customers order.

Had the pastrami sandwich, which was underwhelming at best. Very fatty meat, and at least double the price it was worth.
