Great / the best spot for ice cream on campus. The March special was a Lemon Square collaboration and my wife loved it. The single scoop serving is quite generous as well. Very friendly staff accommodating and great with providing samples.
A bit of a wait as it was a busy, sunny day, but it gave me some time to think about what flavours I wanted. You can get two samples, if you want. I got the matcha - classic, and lemon squared - deliciously tart and chunks of lemon squares for texture and taste. Thank you for the kind service!
Rain or shine is not the healthiest ice cream, but they do have some interesting flavors. Not too heavy on the sugar, other flavors are allowed to whisper. More low sugar and lower Fat, higher protein options would be appreciated.
Also more side variety would be great!
My personal favorite is the sundae, served with nothing but nuts as the topping.
