food are great. Maybe is too busy, the service is worst than before. Try to get the waiter attend to refill the teapot for several times but he is all the way at the other end but didn't noticed. I have to hold up the teapot all the way up for awhile, he finally saw it. At the end when we said we finished everything, it took them over 25 minutes to clean up the table. They even bring out the birthday dessert before they finished clean up the table. We always go there for...
The food was delicious 😋 but price are little bit high than I expected. Three people for over $132 (including tip) it's little bit too much. As I think but now everywhere is expensive for eating out.
We used to like raisu a lot. But recently we find the food quality is not as good as before. The sashimi is ok… but not extraordinary. What’s worst is the service … we waited for a very very long time for our food. We asked to refill water for our tea pot… and the waitress forgot about it and we had to remind her after 15 min. We asked for soup refill and we had to ask twice as she forgot as well. We asked for more wasabi and the wasabi they provided was sooooooo tiny....
