Is the food amazing?
- Obviously. One of the best Ramen places.
But am I going to wait 40-50 minutes in line to get in?
- Hell no!
.
I think the restaurant should start reservation system, considering how many people go there on a daily basis.
I am pretty sure no one really like waiting on line for such a long time.

Lined up in the rain in a Monday evening, there was about 16 people ahead of us but we got in after about 25min. I enjoyed it, would go again.

Not a good ramen. Broth was rich but the meat was really dry.

This is some really good ramen. I wanted to give it 4 stars for the lack of variety and toppings but it was just so good you really do not need anything else. Spicy level wasn’t spicy, i got it extra hot and spicy but I’d give it a 6.5-7/10 spice level.

I love how you can customize your bowl exactly the way you want it. The Classic Ramen and Miso Ramen were both excellent. The Negi-goma Ramen was saltier than expected. The classic thin noodles and thick noodles honestly aren’t too different. You can order ‘Kaedama,’ which is an easy way to get extra noodles. The Gyoza aren’t made in-house, but they aren’t bad and come with the A-set. For a Tuesday, we arrived 10 minutes before opening, and there was no wait. By around 11:30 AM, a line had started forming outside the store, as it’s very popular and seating is limited.

Food was great. Wait was long. Maybe not worth the long wait. Okay of the line is short.

Expect to wait, service was excellent, but the ramen wasn’t anything special.

Despite the queue outside, the food and service was really good and I will be coming back.

Just had an great bowl at Ramen Danbo. A choice of rich broth and different textures of noodles and spice level allows me to make it my personal preference. Line was long but moved fast, and it was totally worth it. One of my go-to ramen spots.

Dambo Ramen was just okay. The broth was rich, but it didn’t have much complexity or the layered flavors you expect from great ramen. It wasn’t bad, just not memorable. Overall, a solid 3/5 — decent, but there are definitely better ramen options around.

I don’t know why people line up at this restaurant, maybe is just me but I tried several far better places for ramen. The place is small, crowded and with rules about the siting and how they’re willing to serve the plates (only two at a time) and just average food. Won’t be back

The wait is long but it's worth it!

While in line, they hand you an order sheet and you can choose the type of ramen and customize it the way you like.

Perfect for a rainy and cold day in Vancouver.
