Just waited 30 min to get another drink in a half empty bar with one bartender and one guy who seems to be a manager. I ended up begging for the bill. Funny they found time to do shots with other customers but couldn’t tend to the rest of us. My first time here and I won’t be back.

1.The service was exceptionally slow, with orders delayed for over an hour. The attendants' only response was that the orders were on their way but were taking longer than expected. While delays might be understandable if the place was busy, that wasn't the case. This affected not just me but also those who came with me to enjoy the game. Most orders were placed when the game's start, but we received them some minutes before it ended.2.The food is good quality but it seems to me that it has a very high price for what they offer3.The good thing about the place is the multiple screens it offers, making it easy for everyone to enjoy, especially on Champions League days where several games are played simultaneously

That staff is too rude and not fridendly to customer. He looks like go to home. I am not sure but he is racist. I am a Asian. I ordered the menu, But they omitted more than what was on the menu. and when I asked and asked for it, they gave it to me. I tried not to tip him, but he first included an 18% tip and calculated it. I know that is common in Canada, but my friend didn't take a tip. My friend is not Asian. I feel so bad. I never go this pub again. That is the worst pub I‘ve been to go.

Great place to catch a game, definitely going back down for fight night. Had the best bartender, Brooklyn. She was funny, fast, super knowledge about combat sports, and definitely elevated our entire experience. Will be back for sure.

Was in town for the weekend and popped in to watch the tennis. It was already on when I got there, and they were nice enough to put the sound on for me.My bartender, Fabio, was absolutely lovely and friendly. Attentive enough without being annoying, and answered the general questions I had about Vancouver as well as the menu. Super helpful.I had the burger and fries - totally delicious.I don't think they open for the early English football matches, so maybe that's something they can consider.

I've been a regular at this sports bar for quite some time now, and I can't help but upmost appreciate the amazing service provided by Rebecca, one of their charming bartenders! Not only does she expertly mix up delicious drinks, but she also engages customers with genuine conversation, making everyone feel right at home! Not too mention, the attention to detail with being on top of switching sports channels between games and on volume control between periods...is just truly an outstanding experience with being at one of the best sports bars in the city.
Came here with a couple of my friends for UFC 299, big mistake.1. The tv screens were terrible quality super dim, the picture was so zoomed in you couldnt even the timer of the fights or any text. The audio kept getting low and high randomly, completely ruined the vibe of ufc.2. Our server had a weird vibe ONLY towards our table, and we were the ONLY people that weren’t white … coincidence?3. Terrible food, hard wings , waited 20 mins for a sprite refill, waited 20 mins for KETCHUP … ultimately had to walk over and ask one of the servers and had to eat cold fries.Only good thing about this whole experience was the crowd.How hard is it to have the screen fixed so it is watchable and the brightness raised?

Only person in this entire hole. They charged me for 5 drinks when I only had 4 and was the only customer. Argued the point until I agreed to pay. Absolute scum dogs I hope you enjoy construction noise 24/7 as well. Genuinely just top to bottom scum bags, avoid at all

I didn't like this place and I don't plan on going back. I wasn't going to review this place, but I feel like I owe an explanation. First, as soon as I sat down, I spent more than 10 minutes waiting to be served. We realized that no waiter would approach our table, so my husband kept raising his hand until he was finally seen and served. Second, as soon as the beer arrived we realized that the beer was bad, because the beer was dull, flat (honey lager). My husband told the waiter why the beer was bad and asked to replace it with another type of beer which this time was good. The second beer my husband ordered was a bottle and it took them a long time to bring the beer. Again after waiting for a while, my husband had to go find a waiter to order his beer again. After a while, the waiter came to our table to ask what beer my husband ordered and it wasn't good, and my husband replied what it was. Later, with some friends, we ordered a pitcher of beer with nachos. Unbelievable, they sent the bad beer, flat. I thought the waiter had come to our table to ask which beer was bad so as not to serve it to anyone else, but they served it to us again knowing that we didn't want to drink that beer. When we asked about the beer he served us, he replied that we couldn't get another type of beer with the nachos, and for this nachos with beer promotion, there are 2 options available. If there is no second option, they should have the decency to serve us another one instead since the Honey lager is not good. To finish the nachos we ordered took forever to get to us. Anyway, everything was bad from the beginning to the end. Because of all this, we didn't pay a tip and when the waiter saw this, he started questioning us. He started by asking how the service was. My husband, embarrassed in front of his friends, didn't want to tell the truth. Then the waiter continues the interrogation by asking what country we are from. Probably to find out which country doesn't pay tips. Anyway, very embarrassing. Just to satisfy the waiter's curiosity, yes, in our country we do pay tips, but if it's terrible service like the one you provided us, we don't pay tips. Maybe that's why the service in my country is so much better than in Canada and the United States. Here, the waiter basically seems to become your best friend only when we ask for the bill. Waiters serve you badly, and in the end people reward them with tips. Maybe if they stop tipping for bad service, the service here will improve. Bad experience. I wished I hadn't even left the house.

Used to love this bar but under new management it has gone incredibly downhill. Went for an NFL Sunday and they had 1 bartender and 1 manager running around like crazy for a half empty bar. They did their best but it was really really bad.Clearly understaffed but they were turning people away because of it as opposed to actually being full. Should’ve had 2-3 more servers on minimum. Unless the entire staff called in sick they have no clue how to staff the space.This is a common trend the last few times I’ve been here and is extremely disappointing as this used to be a go to spot for me for years.Food was good, beer was flat but didn’t want to ask for a new one as I was scared how long it would take.
