Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I don't think I have been this shocked in a long time. My son and I visited this restaurant mid-day today. The carpet was filthy. The table was sticky and I would have walked out but I didn't want to disappoint my son who picked the restaurant. The service was non-existent, even though there seemed to be a lot of listless looking staff wearing black. We had to flag someone down for coffee and drink refills when no server came back to check on us. I hadn't been in a Red Robin since the late 80s and now I know why. And to top it off, the burgers come with a steak knife sticking down through the middle. Does this look how a professional chef would serve a meal?! Unbelievable... The last time I checked, nice bamboo skewers weren't that expensive.

Stuffed. Absolutely stuffed. My stomach is so happy right now. My pants, not so much. Haha. The food was scrumdiddlyumtious.even though we ate the whole restaurant the waiter did not judge. Thanks Ryan
Ryan was our waiter for the evening and he did not disappoint, he was so patient with us, kept checking in and kept a smile the whole time! My first experience at Red Robin was finger lickin’ good! (I truly licked my fingers) It made me want to lick the whole plate!🍽️ (I did) Even though me and my friends stayed after the closing hours as we were finishing up our food, all the staff were polite. Excited to visit again and have some delicious food, and hopefully have Ryan as our waiter next time! Thanks Ryan for giving us such a memorable night !!
