Have been only using Reggiano’s for take-out as their delivery service has proven problematic more than once (last time it took 90+ mins). Ordered online and was given pick-up window of 20-25 mins from time of order. Show up within the window and the pizza is on top of the oven waiting to go however I’m told the salad will be a couple mins. After waiting a few mins and finally another employee showing up to “make” the salad I simply ask if I can just take the pizza and ditch the salad since I don’t want it getting cold. He tells me that since I paid online he cannot refund me(?). I then proceed to wait another few mins and get home with cold pizza. Btw… the $11 Caesar was chopped romaine (seemingly unwashed and limp), croutons and a small plastic take out container of dressing unmixed so not sure why these couldn’t be prepped beforehand… just a thought and this issue could’ve been avoided. Not likely to return.

Today, I went to the Kits store to buy two pizzas: an 18-inch and a kids’ cheese pizza. When I was about to pay, I noticed that the kids’ pizza (10-inch) was priced at $20, the same as a 14-inch Margherita pizza. I pointed out that there must be a mistake since the kids’ pizza is smaller and should be cheaper, but the staff didn’t respond.

To get better value, I decided to change my order to the 14-inch pizza instead. After paying, I checked the prices online and saw that the kids’ pizza was listed at $15.99. I went back to cancel my order, but the lady at the counter was on the phone for a long time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to cancel it before the order was ready.

When she finally got off the phone, I showed her the price discrepancy. She simply said, “I don’t know, maybe something is wrong with the system,” and carried on. She didn’t apologize or offer any resolution. Because of the system error, I felt forced to buy a larger pizza.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and have always ordered online, so this was my first time dealing with their service in person. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired.

Pizza quality: One of the best I’ve had in Vancouver.
Service: Needs significant improvement.

The pizza here is delicious and affordable . Pickup slices are pre-cooked and reheated upon order, but you also have the option to request a freshly made full pie.

Reggiano's, a go-to for pizza lovers!!
We ordered from here tonight and again, it did not disappoint.
The crust is perfect, the toppings delicious, both the cheeses and sauces are flavorful. Really hard to stop eating this pizza.
The staff is super friendly and they have a plethora of pizza options.

I'm not a big reviewer, but this pizza is worth mentioning, probably the best pizza I've had in Vancouver, perfect amount of toppings, not too heavy, not too light, just right, and the crust is proper, perfect, not many other places even come close, just had to say that! This is based on ordering a whole pizza so cannot comment on the single slices in store etc.

I think most of these reviews are fake. Pizza has 0 flavour, using cheap ingredients and the hygiene is very bad. None of the workers spoke English so they couldn’t understand my requests. Would not recommend to anyone.

Gluten free crust is also potato free, which means no fillers, just right. And their original crust reminds me of Pauly G's in Greenpoint ... if ya know, ya know. Folks working are nice. What's not to love?

Reggiano’s Pizza is the go-to spot for pizza lovers in Vancouver! Every time we crave pizza, no other place comes close. The quality is consistently top-notch, and the pizzas are amazing. The crust is perfect—honestly the best pizza I’ve had in Vancouver. Our usual choice is the pepperoni pizza, with added mushroom and red onion toppings. It’s always a hit and tastes incredible every time! I’m truly impressed by how they always maintain this high standard!
