Absolutely delicious and I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. Crowd pleaser at any party or family function.They also put aside a cake for me around Christmas when I was in a bind and forgot to pre-order. Truly the GOAT.
You're in for a treat when you shop at Remi's. GUARANTEED made fresh daily. I love the holiday cakes he comes up with for special occasions. To each their own on what your preferences are for cakes and treats...but I know I've never been disappointed nor has anyone I've introduced Remi's to. As Asians says.. "it's not too sweet"

It has been literally years since I had matcha eclair. It was in Hong Kong when I had it last time? Remi’s version is a fresh one with a crusty cookie-like shell that got its unique character. It’s topped with some beautifully decorated matcha cream. The matcha cream got some nice green colour with a subtle aftertaste. It’s great matcha, but I wish there’s more character to it.
