Sponge cake and rolls are decent, a little pricy for the portion. My experience with the online order process was efficient and no hiccups.
The best mochi I have ever eaten. Their cakes are also delicious & beautiful.😋😋
The roll trio is incredible! The texture of the cake is perfection and the Thai Tea flavour is outstanding. Well done Remi and team!
Amazing pastries, mochi ice cream and coffee!
I love everything from Remi Patisserie!
My favourite is definitely the mochi, which is chewy, soft and not sweet at all. I love how the mochi skin is thicker compared to other stores in town.
Staff is always friendly whenever I go and I was surprisingly gifted the matcha eclair yesterday :)
Delicious mochis! The black sesame seed exceeded my expectation. :)
It's good. I don't have a whole lot to say honestly, the chou was tasty, the mochi was well liked. Service was cordial. Can't kvetch!
just try the matcha black sesame cake, it was perfectly made. looks amazing for my husband’s birthday. Plus the combination of both matcha and black sesame flavour was out of my expectation.
Rude staff, yum sweets
Mediocre at best, not worth the hype. Cake was bit soggy, not that as flavourful as I expected.

It was good. I know everyday might be different but I wish there was a menu or photos listed online with what they normally carry.
I got about 10 pastries for an event and they were both beautiful and absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend, they were a big hit.
Ordered the mango sago cake for a birthday party. Top tier.
Love the mochi Bo Lo Bao. Too bad it is closing soon.
I want to report a negative customer service experience from Remi Ho. Remi is the owner of Remi Patisserie.
I ordered a Mont Blanc cake from his website during Canada’s GST holiday tax break. Remi said, “If you paid it in advance, it can’t be refunded. It’s only for payment made on Dec 14th and Feb 15th.” All we asked for was the $2.70 GST that we were originally charged for.
He also said, “You can cancel it, but as the order form states that you filled out, orders are refunded if you cancel one week in advance. You won’t get a refund if your order is for pickup within one week. That’s our rule.”
I then suggested that Remi cancel the transaction and refund me the full amount. He replied, “Every transaction costs us money from the payment processor. So no.”
Another thing: Remi did not start work on the cake until the following day. So, in actual fact, he should not have charged us GST until the cake was completely done.
Remi stated, “It is also not a law they must break, by the way.”
Remi is rude and even suggested that I give him a 1-star review because, according to him: “I don’t care!” To be honest with all of you, I was flabbergasted to give him a 1-star review. For what I went through, a 0-star review is more than sufficient.
I regret ordering the cake. I got a nauseated feeling before and after eating the cake.
