Amazing hospitality here. I went in to get a sandwich and was greeted by a kind soul, Franco. I’ve never felt so at home. I went in to get a sandwich and it was simple yet delicious. The vibes were amazing, people talking amongst themselves, Franco greeting each and every customer coming in, people drinking espresso and having gelato outside. Definitely a hidden gem of a place, you all should come out and try it and witness the amazing food and hospitality too!!!

Really great service from the owner and staff. Espresso was strong and fresh. Panini was customizable however you want it made so nobody can complain about how their sandwich tasted because that's your own fault. Overall amazing place. definitely coming back for a sandwich and coffee when I'm in the area

I love everything about this place. Small but mighty and wonderful staff and service. I come in from Coquitlam just to have the best Americano around. I don’t know what she does but it’s special. The tables outside are full with great conversation and while it’s on a busy street, it doesn’t feel like it. I always find something new to try and they carry so many items not found anywhere else. Anyone I’ve recommended this place to always says the same.

Never got to try the sandwiches. Went in and they said to me be with you in a minute, ok no problem. As I waited someone came in that knew that employee it seems. Employee finished what they were doing and proceeded to help that person instead of me. Not a very good first impression. Won’t be back.

An authentic Italian treasure in Vancouver. The staff are amazing and genuine, greeting everyone who walks in and taking time to chat with their customers. My children love coming here as they are gifted chocolates, cookies, lollipops, or even steamed milk topped with whipped cream! Not only are the products fantastic and coffee delicious, but you will be treated like family and have a wonderful experience at Renzullo’s.

What an experience ! I thought I was in Italy ! So family , so friendly ! I walk in and the lovely deli lady says " What sandwhich would you like ... mild or spicey ..." etc done . I come to cashier & owner was great & treated me to a free americano ! I have lived in Vancouver for 35yrs never been here . What the heck is my problem . Probably the best deli I have been to ever ! As a Vancouverite your default is go to Commercial St .... not anymore I will come here !! Wow great place !
