New location for Bar Susu, I think this place is a coffeshop during daytime. The food is very good as usual, service is good.We prefer the previous location much better, hope they move back once the fire damage is restored.

This place shares the same location as Nouvella. And the same restauranteur behind Published and Susu, so they know what they’re doing. Same great food and service. It’s an intimate setting, quite dark and sometimes loud. The server checks up on you regularly, keeps your wine glass full, and the runners explain the food with great detail. The foie was crispy and savoury. The beef tartare melted. But the highlight was the tajarin, which was like a cacio e pepe. Savoury and great mouth chew texture. For dessert, the creme caramel made you feel like a kid again.

I've had the pleasure of indulging in brunch, dinner, and cocktails at this exquisite restaurant, and I must say, my culinary experiences have always left me completely satisfied. The delectable array of dishes and beverages never fail to impress, ensuring a remarkable dining adventure. Moreover, the restaurant boasts a captivating ambiance adorned with stunning furniture and decor, creating an inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. The staff, undoubtedly well-trained, provide exceptional service, further contributing to the restaurant's allure.

Vignette walks the difficult line of coffee by day, elevated dining by night. The food is absolutely incredible, I can’t understate that. Some of the best bites in the city. The cocktail list is small, but to the point. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for the best bites in the city.

Gavin's patience and kindness with us were greatly appreciated and added to the culinary adventures. Aside from one misstep, dinner was a scrumptious romp through the world's markets. The squid noodles were the highlight and clearly shows the chef's personal favourite spice profile. I'm grateful to have this new addition to the culinary landscape of Vancouver.

Attended the glizzy night and had a pretty tasty hotdog. My only complaint is they ran out, by like, 7:30. I wish they had more than just one type of hotdog to sample as I was left with wanting more. Salad was good but on the pricey side for greens. Wish they had the an actual list for all their wine options, would speed things up for ordering.Overall, fun bougie hot dog night and I'll be back to see how these nights progress.

Unfortunately, this place is a miss for me. Which pains me to say since I am such a fan of Published. The restaurant is split between an a la carte side and a tasting menu side. When seated on give a la carte side, the defining memory is how small the portions are (we were advised to order 6-7 for a group of 4). We had 8 dishes, plus dessert, and all left hungry. The bar stools that work for a daytime coffee bar, are just terribly uncomfortable for a multi hour meal. Everyone in the group was noticeably uncomfortable. At the price point it is at, you can have a far more comfortable and fulfilling evening elsewhere.
