Pretty good food. I will say I was a bit underwhelmed by the kimchi fries, and the spicy chicken katsu burger wasn't actually spicy at all. It could have used some spicy sauce or something.

Was looking for a quick bite to eat that has a dog friendly patio downtown Vancouver and for what I paid I am thrilled. Delicious rice burgers!! Hands down recommend, great location close to the beach if you wanna go for a walk after!

You know you are curious like we were.The food was great and a fun option compared to a normal lunch.Its a tiny shop, only seating for a few, but the owner is absolutely on his game and takes great pride in service and quality. Don't expect fancy, but expect to enjoy yourself and eat some delicious food done right. (The mini basketball hoop while you wait is fun for ALL AGES)Also they have some great outdoor seating options on a nice day.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible

I don’t really leave review but it was horrible. Dear koreans who would like to try, please don’t waste your money. So overpriced and the spicy chicken katsu, apparently popular menu, was just thinnnnnnn black color overcooked chicken and mushy rice like rice cake with no any taste.

Give this place a try if you are willing to put taste over price. Spicy Chicken Katsu burger and Popcorn Chicken Bowl is nice. The owner is a friendly talkative guy and he can help you figure out what to order. It is a bit pricy for the amount of food you get but it is hand prepared (not like A&W where erveything is ready made). They can improve the atmosphere a bit via music and more colorful wall decor or bigger lighting. Also they can improve by regularly wiping all tables.
Came back recently and noticed their menu changed a bit. Food was underwhelming and different from the first few times–it felt like the business had changed...?Rice was soggy and had no flavour/seasoning. Everything felt thrown/sloppy with generous amount of oil. The popcorn chicken was mostly fried skin and did not have much protein/meat. This was completely different from the first few visits (came to Rice Burger twice when it first opened, both times were amazing). Perhaps outlier visit; I wish them all the best.

They add house teriyaki, house hot sauce, and Japanese Mayo.
