I specifically visited this café based on the reviews, but the service was extremely unfriendly and lacking any sense of customer care. Unfortunately, the coffee was not impressive either. When I received my coffee and was in the middle of saying “thank you,” the staff member turned away and walked off, which felt very rude. I believe the staff’s attitude and customer service need significant improvement.
