Amazing atmosphere, super kind staff, and delicious food. I kid you not when I say I’ll remember this place over the Gordon Ramsey restaurant I ate at over the same weekend. *We are in town for Fan Expo*.
The cheesecake by the way is to die for (maybe they’ll add it to the menu as a staple!?)

The waitress at the host bar was incredibly rude. I ignored it when I first arrived however she continued to act snobby around me, as if there was no accommodation or for there to be any seat other then the seats next to people with a service dog walking around. They assumed I walked in without a reservation, and that all the seats were booked (not a very busy time or day). When I asked if I could sit in a certain area, I wasn’t trying to be oblivious or rude about the service animal, but the host started to voice my concerns out loud, trying to make me feel bad for what I said. I was never asked anything. I was never offered a seat at the bar or lounge. They insisted that I sit by the family with the dog, far away from where the lounge and bars were. I was celebrating Valentine’s Day early as I’m out of town for Valentine’s, and a reservation made 2 weeks in advance was quickly shut down within 30 seconds.
What's the point of a menu online without pricing?
While waiting for an appointment, my sister and I stopped in for a bite to eat. The waitress's recommendations were perfect and the kitchen staff were extremely accommodating to dietary restrictions.
Thanks for the wonderful time!

Truffle spaghetti is incredible. Can’t go wrong with the burgers or tacos, either!

I like to get one of their Rice Bowls and a Red Sangria. It’s a good place for an event, as it looks small but is actually large.

I’ve walked past Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar in Waterfront Station so many times but never had the chance to try it until recently, when I received a gift card over Christmas. We decided to check it out on a Friday night, and I’m so glad we did.
The restaurant wasn’t very busy, with only a handful of tables filled, but honestly that made the experience even better. The vibe and atmosphere were really nice, modern, cozy, and relaxed and the service was excellent from start to finish.
We started with espresso martinis, which were a great way to kick things off. For food, we ordered the brisket arancini, vegan dumplings, fish tacos, and truffle fries to share, and everything was delicious. The flavors were on point, and each dish felt well thought out. For our next round of drinks, we tried the strawberry grapefruit margarita, which was amazing, easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while and definitely a standout.
For our main, we shared the brisket dinner, and it did not disappoint. The brisket was incredibly juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes were smooth and comforting, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the broccolini tied everything together perfectly. It was honestly such a satisfying dish that we didn’t even have room for dessert.
To finish the night, I had a sangria while my friend ordered the spiced margarita, both were excellent and a great way to end the meal.
Overall, I really loved this place. The food was amazing, the drinks were well crafted, the service was great, and the atmosphere was inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’m so happy I finally tried it after walking by so many times. Highly recommend!

Food was great. Had the Prawn and Chorizo Jambalaya. Had some heat 🔥👍🏻
Good selection of beers on tap. Enjoying dry-January and had a can of the Steamworks Hazy IPA. One of the better non-alcoholic beers I’ve had.
Location is convenient if you are taking the Sky train to Waterfront station. Then less than 20 minute walk to BC Place or Roger’s Arena… if going for a game 😉
Will be back!

Came here for happy hour before the Canucks game. Our server was friendly and efficient! He provided great advice on the appies! We enjoyed it thoroughly! We'll be back!
I've been a loyal customer of Rouge Wet Bar since it opened and have recommended it to more people than I can count. After this visit, I won't be recommending it to anyone — and frankly, I can see exactly why the other locations shut down. What was once a fun, vibrant spot with great food and standout cocktails is now a depressing, overpriced mess with zero identity. The menu reads like it was thrown together by someone who couldn't decide between upscale dining and pub food — and somehow managed to fail at both. The service was genuinely awful. Our server was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't want to be there. About a third of the way through the meal he disappeared (the highlight of the night), and we were taken over by another server nice and very capable. Then came the drinks — which was the final nail in the coffin. We ordered a “pitcher” of Strawberry Guava margaritas for a table of five, four of us drinking. We were told we couldn't order any other drinks until the pitcher was finished due to serving rules. Fair enough — except the pitcher contained six ounces of liquor total and barely made three drinks. By those same rules, we could have had significantly more alcohol on the table if we'd ordered individual cocktails. When the pitcher arrived, it was served in what can only be described as a flower vase. We split it four ways and each received roughly half a glass. The taste? Straight sour mix and cheap tequila. Overpriced, under-poured, and insulting. The food was fine — and that's being generous. Considering how good the menu used to be, this was a massive downgrade and completely forgettable. Rouge seems desperate to cosplay as Cactus Club or Earls, but without the quality, consistency, or service. If this is the standard now, I wouldn't be surprised if this location is next to close. What a spectacular fall from grace.
ive always wondered why this place is slow despite its cental location and beautiful interiors.
then on new years eve (2025-2026), i found out why.
my friends and i were planning to do some pre-celebration celebration, and i thought that i would go to rogue early to get a table (around 5 pm).
it was practically empty when i got there, which was around 5 in the afternoon. there were guests for sure, but more than half of the restaurant was empty. and i thought, perfect!
but the problem is, as soon as i walked through the door, the female staff at the reception saw me and immediately turned away, left the reception table, and never came back! she was probably hoping that another staff would help me, but no one did!lol
i have a couple of ideas why she did what she did and why the rest of the staff did what they did (or did not do). but those ideas are all irrelevant.
but i do feel sorry for them, and especially for the business. during these tough times for restaurants, you cannot afford to hire someone who hates their job.
Pretty meh average overpriced food. Beautiful building but that’s about it.

Good and innovative food, and reasonably priced. Beautiful location and building.
Have been here several times with friends, and would recommend it as a good place to eat in downtown Vancouver.
