One of the worst Kati rolls you can ever have. To start with I tried a Channa masala roll and I have no idea why the roll was doused in yogurt. Kati rolls are supposed to have chilli and tomato sauce. It is supposed to be hot and tangy but here it was soggy and bland. I tried a chicken roll also and the same story...
Advice: please ban yogurt from your kitchen. If you want to have some version of Punjabi roll please do not call it Kati roll.

Why say 24:7 open then the sign is bright when you are closed ?
the service was terrible. The staff (girl ) at the counter, seemed uninterested and not welcoming. She looked irritated when I asked a simple question about the menu. Even though there were hardly any customers, my order took a long time.
When the food finally came, it was cold and tasted stale. For the price, I expected something fresh and better quality.

Restaurantji Recommends
I did not have a good experience with the food. I was visiting Canada from the United States on vacation, staying at different places and trying various restaurants. Unfortunately, the food here seemed mostly frozen. I ordered masala fries, cheese, and hashbrown paratha. The paratha was only half cooked, with a white roll-like appearance, which was very disappointing. I had to cook it further at home to make it edible, but it still lacked the authentic paratha taste and texture. The food was overly chewy and lacked tenderness, almost like a frozen roll.
As I am pregnant, I was advised to avoid frozen food, yet the restaurant didn't inform us that all their food was frozen. After eating, I felt unwell and vomited a few hours later. Although the place is inexpensive, I felt like I wasted my money and would rather stay hungry than eat here again.
Even the fries were frozen—the staff took them directly from the fridge right in front of us. However, their elaichi tea was decent. Despite that, I cannot recommend this place when there are many better Indian food options nearby.

Took the butter chicken roll from the Robson location, Came with almost raw roti, had to discard it and have only chicken.
When complained, was told it’s supposed to be like this- chewy because of the sauces
Very low food quality as compared to other locations.

Great find for quality!
The rolls were incredibly filling, and much larger than we had expected! My favorite was the chili paneer. The masala fries were also perfectly spiced!
