Rollzzy (Commercial Drive)

popped in for the first time today and randomly chose the chilli chicken, asking for it extra spicy. It had very little chicken and tons (I mean tons) of sauce, which tasted like shopping mall Chinese food with way too much corn starch (it had that odd gelatinous sheen you get on sauce when you use too much of it) . Very odd taste and not spicy in any way. I was expecting a different kind of flavour for sure, but I will put that down to just making a random selection, either way it wasn’t pleasant at all. I will say the paratha was good and if go back to give it a second shot with a different menu item

This is the authentic Kathi roll that you’ve had in India. Ignore every other place and come here.

I ordered their zesty paneer and either they have not tasted that roll themselves or the chef was having a stroke.

Unbelievable Indian style donair wraps. I have never tasted anything like this. I just wish they do a halal meat( they serve only non halal meat ) but honestly that’s not gonna stop me from eating here. It’s that good. Try the chicken kofta donair and thank me later.

The concept of fast Indian food is genius. The execution is flawless in taste and delivery. And the folks running this joint are warm, generous, and on it. Take all my stars.

Just had the chicken tikka and paneer burger and omg it was the best donair I have had in Vancity. The quantity of chicken is much more than any regular donair you get elsewhere. The sauce is so on point and is not made of regular pitta that easily breaks but rather in parata which tastes so much better 👍 great invention! Highly recommend the food at Rollzzy😊

Tried Rollzzy for the first time. I Ordered the butter chicken kathi roll. Don't let the size of the wrap fool you. Half of the roll had no filling. It was sauce and bread. All of the filling was at the bottom half of the wrap. The butter chicken itself was average tasting. Nothing special. I rather pay a few dollars more, and get a much better butter chicken curry with a free naan at an Indian restaurant nearby or a donair. First and last time here. The restaurant stunk up my clothes too due to poor ventilation.

Unbelievably delicious and huge portions! More than worth the money! I had the Chicken Kafta and I will be going back again soon. Lovely staff, fast service and amazing food 10/10
