An employee who does not know how to deal with people, frowns, does not smile, and does not know how to speak

Made reservations to have dim sum on the weekend but had to wait about 25 minutes to get a table despite larger ones available.

There are plenty of dim sum options here. The fried rice and fried noodle dish portions were generous. The soya sauce chicken was fresh and tasty. My favourite was an eggplant and green bean with soya sauce dish.

This chairs were comfortable

Free parking available in the back lot but limited to about <20 spots.

1) The Soy Sauce Chicken was uncooked, but the staff said that is right & perfect cooked.
2) Asked chili oil 3 times, no none of staffs want to take ownership.
3) waiters & manager were busy, no customer service, and provided unacceptable excuses about uncooked chicken & delayed food service.
4) Lo Mai Gai / Steamed Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, smell something wrong. The staff said, the frozen item left the refrigerator too early this morning.
5) When customer asked, why it took so long to wait for the food, the staff said that that is normal to wait, otherwise, the food is not well cooked. Anyway, the chicken was uncooked and other food items were not tasty as well.

This place serves very good Cantonese Chinese food, the prime are healthy, quality ingredients and the serving staff is exceptional. Pricing is very fair for the quality of food. Every time we come visit Vancouver, we come here to have a great dining experience.

Been awhile since I have good services from an average priced Chinese restaurant, well done. Food was good and environment was cozy.

the food was good except the part where the free duck they serve you, usually has blood in it so it is not cooked properly. the service was horrendous, one of the waiters i think called “meimei” called me big when im not there for commentary, i was only there for the food and how it seemed. the atmosphere there was the only good thing because everyone around was friendly, but overall this place is not worth it

The food was so-so. It came highly recommended but was disappointing. The deep fried taro was cold but what was worse, it was extremely dry. The teipe was tasty but was a little stinky. It could have stood a better cleaning in the preparation. The chicken feet were plump and tender and nicely spiced. They tasted on the sweet side which seems to be the norm these days. The lo bak goh was ok. The place was packed on a Friday lunch hour.
All in all, it was passable. Although when I think about attention to cleanliness would help. The windows were grimy and filthy. The walk areas were crumbling and in serious need of new flooring.

It's pretty decent, we are finding the portion size sorta varies we found that the meat dishes and rice dishes were substantial but veggie dishes seemed lacking.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant and would strongly not recommend it.
The service was poor. When we asked about the prices for lobster and crab, the waiter only provided the price for the lobster, and the waiter rudely asked if we were ready to order or not? she didn’t wait for us to answer and walked away immediately. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

Secondly, the seafood prices weren’t clearly displayed, which made the whole process feel very opaque. After we ordered, we waited for 40 minutes for our food to arrive, which is an unreasonably long time to wait. When it came time to pay, we waited another 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us or coming to assist us.

Overall, this dining experience was a huge disappointment. The service and management need significant improvement. I won’t be coming back.

Came here for the dim sum on a weekday and the place was packed. 3 of us went and we all agreed it was tasty. The serving sizes were 20% larger then most places. Prices are average but because they give you more it is a good value. Service was lacking they didnt have enough staff. We all agreed this place was a 8/10.
