Had a fantastic lunch at Rumblefish! The fish and chips were outstanding—crispy, golden, and paired with a tartar sauce that was honestly addictive. Fries were perfectly done, and the cod tacos were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.

The space itself has neat, stylish decor that adds to the relaxed vibe. But what really made the experience memorable was our waitress—super friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and checked in with warmth and professionalism throughout.

Highly recommend Rumblefish for anyone craving great food and even better hospitality.

Best in Vancouver is Joe Fortes. Hard to compare but Rumble is great. For price I think it’s more than good. I will be back.

Had heard good things about this restaurant and was not at all disappointed. Great food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff made eating here a first class experience. I had seared salmon with Caesar salad, homemade coleslaw and tartare sauce. My husband had the fried cod with a gluten free batter, homemade chips, coleslaw and tartare sauce. He reckons they were the best chips he’s ever had!! Both meals were freshly cooked and very tasty. There is a good drinks menu- we opted for a pale ale and wine and found the prices to be reasonable. Would definitely recommend as a place to eat.

The fish was so delicious! The chips were amazing done and nothing was over greasy. My only complaint was that even one piece of fish was pretty tiny for the amount you pay I would have expected a larger piece.

GF DF batter that's served crispy and delicious! Had a great experience today with outstanding customer service. The Peach Smash drink was dangerously delicious. We also appreciated them making room for our stroller and infant.

Went in on a low-key Monday night. People coming and going , but not crowded by any means. I was greeted and served by Max, who also took my order up at the counter. Max was pleasant and checked in on me a couple times. Service was top notch.

The fish and chips were some of the best I've had in Vancouver in a while. And like.. I've been to Steveston. I'm not gonna start listing off other places but this easily ranks in my top 3 right now. I got a two-piece cod. The batter on the cod was nice. It wasn't light . It was very much there, but it wasn't overbearing either. And it tasted good. The fish was nice - you could tell it was good quality fish. The chips were awesome and crispy. Nicely salted. I left a happy customer with a full stomach no doubt. A little more expensive than other places but we're talking pennies at this point it's 2025 in Vancouver. Well worth it. Will be back

Food tasted great. I got a burger and fries and girlfriend got salmon and fries. Little expensive for the portion sizes. Plenty of fries despite what people say. But the main item in each dish was kind of small. But the place is sort of new and I will be going back. Decor is stellar.

I ordered the fish (cod) and chips here but got a piece of fish that was as big as the fries. Tasted good but fell kinda scammed paying $16 for essentially fries and coleslaw

Had dinner here tonight some of the best fish and chips I’ve had locally, great fries as well. So often fish and chips are super greasy but both the fries and fish were not oily at all. Great deals on drinks nice beer list, cocktails and the variety of food was very impressive, will return
