No photos because we ate too fast. Favorite fish and chips in the lower mainland. (Not so) Hidden east van gem!

Wonderful. Had the cod lunch and everything was fresh and done well. Only missed having HP sauce for my fries. Seating is ample for the size of the floor.

Lunch was delicious! Ordered cod and chips, clam chowder and lemonade and it was all great. The fish was fresh and lightly battered, the chips were perfectly made and the tarter sauce was very flavourful. The clam chowder was light and creamy with plenty of vegetables and clams. And service was fantastic and friendly.

Found this place at random while craving fish and chips. It’s in the former site of Red Wagon and the proprietors had previously run a food truck out of Squamish. Food is solid — my salmon and chips came in piping hot and juicy on the inside and crispy nice on the outside. The fries were house made and were crispy on the outside and hot and fluffy on the inside. The tartar sauce is made in house and it’s probably the nicest one I’ve had so far. A trip to the tiny (but tidy) washrooms will take you through a well used, but clean and organized kitchen. Pricing is comparable to most other similar shops selling the same.

Although I regularly get the grilled salmon tacos, if they have Halibut, don't miss out. Two pieces of Halibut and chips is very filling. 😋

Ordered to go after our ten year old begged us to order from there as he’d gone with his grandparents. It lived up to the hype! Super crispy fish and fries, even though we took it out. By the end of the meal, the fries were still crispy. The gravy is yummy, highly recommend a side of it. Coleslaw is refreshing and a good palate cleanser between bites of fried fish. Tartar sauce is also good. Daughter had good things to say about the poutine as well. Prices are also decent given how expensive everything is now. Glad it’s in our neighbourhood!

The special halibut was sold out but they just got some in and the chef cut some up so I could have an order. Thank you. The housemade lemonade is really delicious.

The cashier/waitress was very friendly and attentive, cleaned up after customers as soon as they left. The atmosphere was very calming. Got the 2 peice halibut n chips. It was delicious 😋 it was so light n crispy, not greasy at all the wait time was fairly short, 10-15mins. Will deff going back to try different menu items for sure.

Wonderful fish and chip shop with a cozy atmosphere. We had the smash burger, fish tacos, humbolt squid and a two piece halibut and chips - of course. Everyone cleaned their plates. It was delicious. Maratime decor, a cold pint and a game of battleship all added to the jovial lunch experience. Will definitely return.

Great cod and chips for wife and I and our grandson. Bater is light and tasty, home made tartar is delicious, fries are fresh and perfectly cooked. The gravy with the fries was really a nice treat.
Some of the best fish and chips we have had for quite a while. Give it a try.
