This place hasn’t been here too long but is already hands down an all time great spot for me. All I need to say is: 13(ish)$ mixed donair wrap. Not only do you get one of the fattest donair wraps around for 13 bucks, it’s also one of the tastiest meals you can get on campus. The chicken, lamb, and beef are fresh and well seasoned and smothered in their delicious garlic sauce and hot sauce, making that first bite (especially after you’ve been studying all day in ikb and haven’t eaten anything) heavenly. I don’t foresee a spot opening up on campus that can beat the value and quality of Sahel for a good while.

I ordered Loghmeh kebab, and I have to say optimistically under 40% of that kebab contains actual Meat. The food was tasteless and It was just waste of money. I STRONGLY suggest you not to go there. Staff was really polite and friendly though.

Wow! This is good. One of the LARGEST wraps I’ve ever had, must have weighed several pounds. The quality and balance of meat and vegetables is perfect. I will eat these all the time. I ordered a mix wrap, chicken, beef and lamb and all three are cooked perfect and not dry. The counter service was so nice and accommodating. Upstairs was clean and a generally great place for lunch!

Vaziri kabap was good. Service needs to be improved (e.g., speed). Tables, carpet, and bathrooms were not clean.
Was a huge fan of the Broadway location and was super excited to have it come to UBC. The prices might seem a little pricey but the portions are huge. You could easily make 2 meals out of one if you wanted. I always get either the lamb and beef donair wrap or the lamb shank (falls off the bone).
