Great food and staff is very welcoming! Tried a 3-course menu that did not disappoint. My first time having bannock and I’m completely hooked with it! There was a birthday party on the day I was there, having the vibe of everyone in the restaurant singing happy birthday definitely leveled up the experience.
Took my grandmother to Salmon n’ Bannock and it was everything. The servers were warm and attentive, the bison roast, bannock and salmon were incredible, and dessert sealed it.
She said the food was so good she didn’t even look up 😊
Went back for Dine Out portions were phenomenal. Even had lunch the next day. Indigenous hospitality at its finest.

As a fellow First Nations person, this food makes me feel right at home. I absolutely love Salmon n’ Bannock for their delicious, fresh menu. You can truly taste the quality in every dish, especially knowing that they use locally sourced ingredients. I’ve been there on more than one occasion and have been blown away every single time. The flavours are incredible, the presentation is beautiful, and the experience always feels special.
