The best & most unique dining experience I’ve had in Vancouver in a very long time. Delicious food, excellent service and such a great atmosphere. My partner and I both went for the cheese & charcuterie and were struggling to speak to each other as every bite was so amazing! Every food item has a story behind it and our server was so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend coming here to anyone visiting from out of town or anyone living in Vancouver for a cosy date...
My wife and I went to Salt for my birthday. The staff was both happy and knowledgeable of both the foods and the wine! Great time!!!!! Just wished the ambience was a little bit different - but I'm not complaining; there's nothing wrong with it - just a personal preference. Thanks for the great birthday time Salt!

Tucked away in a less than inspiring alley, you enter to feel the warmth of a cozy little tasting room. Red brink line the walls and soft dim lights bathe the long spare room. The counter is accented with an array of colorful piggy banks which serve as placeholders for table reservations, very cute.
Our hostess was super friendly, and helpful in serving up two wine...
