Salt Vancouver offers a great hangout vibe with happy and knowledgeable staff. The Sunday fondue is a must-try, although some suggest replacing sliced tomatoes with cherry tomatoes and adding grapes. The restaurant provides outstanding value with a big range of flavors at a reasonable price. The corned beef is a standout dish, reminiscent of old school NYC style. Wine fans will also appreciate the selection available. The ambiance may vary depending on the day, but overall, Salt Vancouver is a classy yet unpretentious dining spot.
