Yes, it is small store with limit seat for eat-in, but the top place for sushi and fresh sashimi with affordable prices. Although facing road closures near Oakridge mall erea, the store is still survived, and get busy.
P/s: I heard from one of my friend, The owner was in management team at Coast Restaurant, and Rileys Restaurant belong to Glowbal Group.

Sushi itself is good. Worth the price, if you order in person. Ordering online will cost you 10-20% more. For example Maki Combo A is 2$ more expensive online. In restaurant can’t pay with card, cash only which is pretty awful in 2025 if you ask me. But food is always good.

I tried their Kamura roll and their Special combo.

It's a spot for affordable sushi, the price is fair for the quality and quantity of sushi you get. The service was a bit nice as well, although consider that they only accept either cash or e-Transfer.
