Cheap and affordable. They were busy because of the online order which is understandable and was willing to wait before they served me. I got the chicken teriyaki and miso soup. Free complimentary drink of green tea šµ. Definitely coming back here.

Worst sushi rolls I have had. Gross amount of mayonnaise in everything. Fish was off tasting. Spicy tuna roll was a weird brown colour and slimy. Just garbage.

I called it a take-out sushi place and not a restaurant. It has only 3 small tables for people to dine in.
Good to serve with hot tea but no air conditioning for warm sunny day in vancouver.
Ordered a deluxe sushi combo and a tuna don bowl, all fish were cut thick, big and very fresh, perfectly balanced with its sushi rice.
We will definitely come back for take out only in hot warm days.

Restaurant is a bit of a dive. You eat off paper plates ans disposable utensils. But the food proportions are quite generous

It took a while to wait for our takeout. Weād walked in to order and were probably low on the list. It was a hot day and it was impossible to wait inside because of the heat (no AC; not even a fan). On the bright side, the service is friendly and the food is good.

DO NOT ORDER THE Yam Tempura Roll.. it is dry, like they made the tempura in the morning and let it sit all day in the FRIDGE... or maybe worse? The day before?

There are options on Fraser st near this location where youāre served in an air conditioned sit-down restaurant.

This is still hands down some of the best values sushi around great tasting I just really wish that they would have a little bit more of a variety but our miso soup was piping hot it was delicious
I asked them to make me a mushroom roll and that wasn't 10 out of 10
Everything else was super fresh it's our go to place for sushi
We actually ate it on a boat
I don't know if that's what made it taste so good or the fact that it's good value
And they gave us enough soy sauce
We could have used a little bit more ginger
Perfect amount of wasabi
Would I go back there again absolutely
They're location that is on Fraser's tree is the best location
They're location that was on camby street is no longer around

**Fantastic Sushi Experience at Samurai Sushi on Fraser!**
Samurai Sushi on Fraser is a true gem in Vancouver! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are incredibly welcoming and efficient, making sure you have a great dining experience from start to finish.
The sushi here is absolutely top-notch. The portions are generous, and the quality is consistently excellent. Whether you're a fan of classic rolls like the California Roll or more adventurous options like the Spicy Scallop Roll, there's something for everyone. The fish is always fresh, and the flavors are perfectly balanced.
One of the standout features of Samurai Sushi is the value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the large portion sizes. It's a great spot for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends and family. The service is fast, so you won't have to wait long to enjoy your meal.
Overall, Samurai Sushi on Fraser offers a delightful combination of delicious food, friendly service, and great value. It's a must-visit for sushi lovers in Vancouver. Highly recommended!
