Fantastic, yummy food at the Celebration of Light tonight! I had the bison plate, and I loved the fresh veggies. I would definitely try the tacos if I have the opportunity. Love the unique truck!

Amazing, delicious food every time. Can't get enough of this place, their smoothies are also a delight. Fantastic service from two truly lovely people who care about their customers and their food. Would recommend to anyone! Very fresh:)
