Could you guys onboard Hinbor for the new semester?

We’ve been ordering from it every day, for the coffee, usually from Swiss Bakery&Great Dane Coffee,

But will be great if I could have Loafe ordered there as a group when the class is going on at Sauder!

Thanks a lot

Alexander Hunt

Good place to go to meet with friends and acquaintances from classes. It is located directly inside the Sauder Business building. It is about a 5-8 minute walk from the UBC Bus loop. It is a 2-3 minute walk from the West Parkade. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot next to Thunderbird residences/ Orchid Commons student residences.

There are lots of students and faculties staff here with hot and cold beverages and bite-sized food. Staff is friendly and courteous. There are limited amount of seating.

The prices are reasonable but not attractive. The spicy pulled pork burger tastes okay, but expensive and small portion. I guess the cafe is more known for its convenience and drinks rather than food options. I would go to the Loafe Café in the Alumni building for more food options.

Delicious food and great gluten-free options, but a bit pricey compared to other options on campus! They have gluten-free breads for the sandwiches (burrata pesto one is amazing) and gluten-free brownies and cake.

Staff are friendly, just food takes a bit long to get ready because there is a lot of orders from students.

Latte was quite nice. Very friendly staff as well. Just don’t get the breakfast sandwich.

Coffee/drinks are decent, food/sweets are way overpriced for the quality and quantity.

Cozy Café at UBC – Great Brunch (maybe breakfast :) )

Stopped by Loafe Café for brunch and loved it. The latte chai and breakfast sandwich were both delicious and well-made. The space is good for a break or quiet study time. Highly recommend if you're around UBC!

The espresso they served me was sour, and the service took long. However, I do appreciate the fact that they have study tables and serve drinks in ceramic cups.

Busy and wasn’t able to get a seat, got the garlic chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, however more on the expensive side for the portion. Would try some of the other items on the menu. Overall alright.

The drinks are quite terrible. Bad enough to write a review so that should say something. The atmosphere is the only thing that really saves it. Overall just go somewhere else to spend $8 on a latte

Avocado toast was the 3rd option I chose - the 1st two items weren't available. For $12, i got one piece of bread. Not impressed when I leave a place hungry hungrier than when I arrived. Feed.Your.Students.

Vegetarian options: Not much in the way of meals that are ethical (vegan)

I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, however, they made it with regular milk instead. Matcha flavour wasn’t really strong either so kinda disappointing.

Originally gave me a hot latte when I asked for iced, and then gave me regular milk instead of oat milk. Matcha was not strong. Food took a long time. Avocado toast is very good though.
